As the clock relentlessly ticked down to midnight, the crowded city square gathered as a whole in anticipation.

It was December 31st, which also means the last couple of hours left before a new year is introduced.

Families bundled in layers, friends linked arms, and strangers exchanged sweet smiles.

And among the hustle and bustle, came a group of 8 men, marching down the street like trained armies playfully.

Felix beamed brightly once he took note of the great hype. With an arm hooked around Hyunjin's, the freckled boy yanked at his boyfriend aggressively.

"Isn't this exciting?! I can already smell the hot cocoa from here!" The Australian giggled through the coldness of the weather.

Jeongin and Chan were quick to match their enthusiasm.

"I'm craving for a warm drink." The youngest of them all admitted, to which Chan immediately offered to pay.

Earning approval to scatter around the crowd, Seungmin was first to dash his way to the cafe with no signs of stopping.

"Loser has to drive us home!" was heard, faintly.

"Oh fuck no!" That managed to trigger Changbin as he turned on his heels and began chasing the other.

Felix gasped and gripped onto Hyunjin's arm tighter, it might as well just fall out of his body considering the force.

"But I wanted hot cocoa first!" He exclaimed with a sad pout before disappearing into the crowd once again, of course with Hyunjin trailing right behind him.

Chan and Jeongin took their time to squeeze their way there peacefully. They linked arms together since Chan was almost positive Jeongin might get lost somehow.

While Jisung decided to tag along the team since the boy had no desired places to go at the moment anyway. He turned to his left, looking at his boyfriend straight in the eye.

"Let's have a race there. The last one has to drive us home and I'm not losing to you."

He ordered without an ounce of playing around. He was dead serious.

Before Jisung could turn and run after the 6 guys, it seemed like Minho already knew his tactics by heart because the next thing Jisung knew, was a protective arm wrapped around his waist from behind.

"Hey...!" The younger one squirmed while he laughed at the position they were suddenly caught in.

"You don't even have your driver's license, sweetheart." Minho deadpanned.

Oh, true.

Jisung thought about it. Right, it's going to be Minho at the end, no doubt. He burst out laughing at his own silliness, to which Minho giggled along.

Placing a shivering hand over Minho's one, he slightly leaned back just so his head was right at the other's shoulder.

"You're right. Thank goodness I don't drive. Which means..." The boy snickered at his boyfriend's misery.

"You're going to drive us home while the rest of us sleep." He concluded with a cocky smirk.

"Now that's not something you should be proud of. I can't drive you around all the time, you know." Minho pretended to sound offended, but really, he paid no attention to that.

Jisung turned around to stand directly in front of the older. Reaching both his arms up to rest at Minho's chest while the taller instinctively had his arms snake around his waist.

"I'm the passenger princess, after all." Jisung puckered his lips, waiting for a kiss to planted.

Which Minho complied instantly. It was only a light peck since they were out in public anyways.
