Stopping outside my house I sigh as Natalie and Sam are waiting outside on the porch. Natalie looked like a disapproving mother and Sam had his teeth bared in a snarl. Both of them are staring at Jasper who seems to have tensed. Even if his skin felt like stone it was obvious that I could feel the muscles I his shoulders.

"Darling" he calls out and turns his head back to look at me. "I know ye don't exactly trust me but I'd rather not leave ye here with an angry werewolf" he explains and goes to start up the engine of the motorcycle.

Huffing I swing my leg over and climb off. "Yer right" I mutter and start to walk towards the house. "I don't trust you, so I'm not just going to blindly follow orders. I'll be fine" I mutter and stomp towards the house where Sam's already holding open the front door.

"Thanks for the ride" I call out and smirk as Jasper puts the helmet on. He's basically made of stone, he doesn't need it.

Closing the door behind me I walk towards the kitchen, grabbing a bottle of water out of the old vintage fridge. Feeling the stares of my aunt and her boyfriend on the back of my head I turn around.

"Okay relax" I mutter holding up my hands in mock surrender. "I didn't have a ride this morning and he picked me up" I explain and drop down on the breakfast table taking out my notebooks and pencil case.

"You could have called me" Natalie insists, resting her hands on her hips.

Scoffing I stare at her. "Did you forget? You left at 6am this morning. There's no way you'd be home on time" I say, resting my elbows on the table. "It was just a ride no need to get bent out of shape" I mutter and flip openy history notebook, only to remember Jasper stopped me from taking any notes.

"Then you call me"

Looking up I see Sam staring at me with narrowed eyes. He was posturing and it's honestly more funny than it's intimidating.

"Sam-"

"I'm serious" he almost growls. It was on the edge of feral. "You call me or any of the other guys. Damn, you can call Billy Black but you sure as hell don't accept help from those bloodsuckers" he finishes his growling tantrum, spin flying as he hisses out each word. Looking closely at him I could see his eyes darkening.

Laughing I stare at him. "You're ridiculous" I say and start to dig in my bag, searching for my history textbook. The least I could do was read the chapter. "First I'm not listening to an overgrown mutt who thinks he can yell at me and I'm going to listen like on his puppies" I say, still laughing. He's so damn entitled it's exhausting.
