After Noct had his adventure in reclaiming the Hydro Gnosis, he told Furina the events of what happened. At first, she didn't believe him but when a letter from Keqing arrived informing Noct that she managed to help Historia settle in Liyue as well as provide any support needed for her Child.
Furina: That's sad... that child will never know his father then..
He nods as he looked at the Gnosis.
Noct: Yeah... If I moved or just stopped him... things would of been different.
She puts her hand on his shoulder and looked him in the eye.
Furina: You didn't know, it's...and I know I really can't be saying this but... it's just like a play ... you don't know when the twist is gonna happen.
He holds her hand and nods. He puts the Gnosis back in his sword, and ignited the blade. She looked at the blade and smiled.
Furina: Atleast, it's working now right?
Noct: Yeah, but still....
He deactivated the sword and put it away.
Noct: I wonder how Nahida is doing, since the Festival and all.
Furina: Ye-
Her eyes widened when she closes them and opened them again.
Noct: Furina? You okay? Wait... Nahida?
She looked downhearted for a moment.
Furina?: Aww.. You already knew who I was before I said anything.. that's just mean.
He laughs.
Noct: Well, seems like your ears were ringing when I was asking about you. How was your nap, Nahida?
She giggles and looked at him.
Nahida: Yes. I've been sleeping ever since we parted ways, and I even had a really long dream.
Noct: What was the dream about?
Nahida: Well at first, it was another dream about the Sabzeruz Festival, except it was a happy one! I was sitting in the middle of a flower terrace, and everyone in Sumeru City was holding hands as they danced in circles around me... They danced round and round, and everyone looked really happy. I also got to sit on a Gigantic flower Carriage. Farris, the Knight of Flowers raised me really, really high above the ground, and I was throwing endless amount of Yalda Candies at the children.
He smiled as she explained her dream.
Noct: I'm glad Nahida, maybe that dream was a sign on how the Festival is how it's suppose to be. A Birthday celebration after all . Now what about your second dream?
Nahida: Um...
She tensed up as she holds her arm.
Noct: Nahida?
She looked at him and had a worried look in her eye.
Nahida: I- I think it's better if I show you. Now ...go to sleep.
He nods and gets comfortable in the bed , as She lays down next to him and both drift to sleep. He soon finds himself in the sea of clouds as he finds Nahida standing there.
