The Missing Piece: My Other Half (A Twin Story)

Decorating Marley's Room

Marley's Pov:

Travis showed back up at Taylor's Apartment the following next  day when we were getting ready to Paint my Bedroom. My Stuff had Been moved to my Walk in Closet and Newspaper had been placed on the floor so that the Paint wouldn't ruin Taylor's Carpet.

We dressed in old clothes that we didn't mind getting Paint on and put up our Hair in a Ponytail. Travis showed up offering to help us Paint which came in handy because we couldn't reach the very top of the Walls.

The Paint Color that I had chosen is a really pretty Lavender Color and we didn't get started with that first. The first thing we had to use was the Frog Tape and Primer Paint. Once the Walls was coated in Primer we took a break letting the Paint dry before we used the Lavender Paint.

Around 2 pm our arms were really sore from just doing the Primer on the Walls. Taylor saw how sore we are and then said "You know, we don't have to get this done all in one Day. We can do the Primer today and actual Lavender Paint tomorrow or another Day. We want to take our time and make sure Marley's Room turns out perfect".

Marley smiled she loved her Sister's way of thinking.She didn't want them to wear themselves out trying to get everything done in one day. "That sounds good that way we can get other things done or just relax until Dinner time then continue again tomorrow or another day. This is really something that you both are helping me Decorate my Bedroom it would be hard just doing it by myself."

Taylor smiled at me "We want to help you Decorate your room Marley it's more fun to do it together and it's a fun project to do plus Travis is enjoying helping out it helps him learn more about you and get to know you and it's a fun Family Project. Why hire Workers to do it when we can do this ourselves?"

Travis also added " And when you have visitors or Friends over, you can always tell them that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce helped you Decorate your Bedroom. They will be really impressed by that". Taylor chuckled at his response and nodded "Travis is right about that". As Taylor moved more of my stuff in my Closet she stumbled across and found a couple of my Guitars.

Her eyebrows went wide when she found a Sparkly purple Electric Guitar "Mars, you play Guitar  to?" She asked me looking at me with  an a smile.She had no idea that I played guitar just like she did.

I shrugged "I play Guitar here and there and I learned by watching YouTube videos and taking Guitar Lessons but I'm nowhere near as good as you and the Guitar Players in your Band". I've always had Dreams that someday I would be able to play my Guitars onstage along with Amos and Paul while singing Backup for Tay but I haven't reached that level yet with the Guitar.

Taylor looked at me and listened to me speak ""If you want, I can give you one on one Guitar lessons I know more about Electric Guitar and can help you learn my Songs on it. Plus you can always get help from Amos and Paul  to".

I nodded I am really glad that Taylor is offering to give me Guitar Lessons. I could really learn a lot from her and other Band Membersto. Who knows one day I could bring my Guitars with me on Tour when I felt ready to. "Thank you Taylor that really means a lot that you want to give me Guitar lessons I want to get better at playing Guitar".
