Taylor's Fourth Of July Party

Marley's Pov:

Marley is at Taylor's Fourth Of July Party. Before they knew it, Summer is already here and they had made plans to have a Fourth Of July Party. We had to figure out what Food we were going to Serve. Travis, his Brother Jason, Scott (our Dad) and Austin were in charge of Cooing the Meat for Everyone we had decided on Ribs and Barbecue Hash and me, Taylor, and Mom would do some of the Side Foods that we had in mind to Make.

Abigail, Blake, and Selena said they would make something to bring whether it was a Side or a Dessert. All the Food Stuff was bought the Day before and side Foods was made Earlier and all we had to do was store it in the Fridge. It was now in the Afternoon around Two and we were lounging around the Pool Area and talking while the Guys Got Started on Cooking the Ribs on one Grill and Coking Hash on the other. Ryan had offered to help the Men out with the Cooking.

Us Women were lounging around the Pool trying to catch a Tan before we decide to go Swimming in Taylor's Pool she had a long Pool and there was already Floats in it waiting for us. Taylor's Taymerica Floatable Rent Slide was also up and ready for whoever wanted to use it. Marley hadn't got up on that thing before and certainly wasn't planning on doing it anytime soon what if she tripped and fell? Marley had adjusted her Sunglasses and continued to Tan after she had Tanned awhile, someone had blocked her view of the Sun.

"Hey, what you doing?! Your blocking my Sun!" She looked up and saw Taylor smirking at her. Her Sister was already up to no good and Marley can see those wheels turning in her head "What's up Tay? Is there something you want?" She had gotten slightly irritated that her Sun has been blocked and her Tanning is interrupted.
"Today your going up on the Flatable Slide with me! You haven't been on it ever since we started the Fourth Of July Party".

"Oh I don't really want to get on that thing Taylor, I have a thing against Heights and what if I trip?" I asked starting to think of the worst things happening.
"Don't worry Mars! I have got you and nothing is going to happen to you. We can hold hands as we go down the side, or you can ride behind me and hang onto me fromnbehind your choice either way, we are going down that Slide together!" Taylor had a mischievous Smirk still on her face.

But Taylor was grabbing my Hand, and dragging me towards the Flatable Slide. I turned towards her Best Friends with help written clearly on my Face. Selena just had a similar Smirk on her face "You'll have fun Marley. The first time I went o that thing I was scared to but I got over it and now look forward to doing it more!"

I made a Angry face expression towards them for not helping. Taylor drags me towards the Flatable Slide and we climb up to it using the Flatable Ladder on the Side. I focused on going up the Slide and avoided looking down I about tripped a couple times and almost fell but Taylor caught my Hand quickly and kept me from Falling. She also helped me up the Slide. We had decided I would ride behind her and hang onto her.

Getting myself ready, I could feel my Heart Beating wildly in my chest. I was literally facing my Fears today with my Sister. How she had talked me into doing this I don't know but she's got an effect on me. Taylor sat down in front of the Slide part and motioned for me to get behind her. Doing as she suggested I sat down and scooted close to her and held onto her tightly. Taylor held onto my legs and reassured me she wouldn't let go until we reached the bottom.

Our Friends. Cheered us on down below believing that we can do this together. Before I could say anything else, Taylor had chosen that moment to go down the Flatable Slide. I held on tightly to her as we went down the Slide so fast and into the Part where there was water at we got Soaked. At the end of it, we were both laughing. "Your right! That was fun!' I said.
