"What a game, wasn't it? I'm still buzzing." My best friend, Jess, completely different from me, is a football lover.

"Yeah, I guess?" I say, trying to focus on the new post I'm trying to make on my Instagram.

"Ariella, are you serious?" she asks while driving excitedly, she is one step away from starting to ramble so to prevent that from happening, I ask her to drive more calmly.

"Jessica, who do you think you are? Max Verstappen? Calm the fuck down.. We are not Brian and Toretto."

"Firstly, I loved The Fast and the Furious reference. Secondly, you know I'm a Lewis fan. I'm totally offended that you compared me to the one I don't even want to name, you know that name isn't said in front If my baby girl or in front of me. And thirdly, I don't even drive that fast, but if that's the case now, you don't need to thank me for having already managed to get there" She speaks firmly then parks the car. Jessica is certainly one of the strangest people I know, she is strange to the point of calling her own car "babygirl", but I can't deny that her drama is what I love so much about her.

We got out of the car, and I roll my eyes as she spreads her hate agenda against Max Verstappen.

Jessica made me watch a football game, so the least she could do was take me out for a drink.

With the start of my career, I can go out to some places without being recognized, which I appreciate, it's always good to have a little fun without the cameras being pointed at you.

I've never been to Milton Keynes. So, I let Jess guide me.

As soon as I enter the place she chose, I notice how different we are dressed from other consumers.

"Isn't that what they say? When in doubt, overdress." My friend says as she guides me to a table.

"The intention was not to attract attention..."  She rolls her eyes in response and pushes a glass of beer towards me. "Is this your way of apologizing for choosing the most boring pub?"

"Stop being grumpy and I didn't choose it, David is coming and he chose it." I literally groan a lot at the mention of the man I hate most on the face of the earth. "Don't be like that, we're really trying to make it work this time."

"Again? Do you think the result will be different from the other 16 times?"

She didn't answer me, she simply changed the subject. I think it might even be better this way, I don't want to upset her.

"Maybe it's a little boring here, but it's definitely nice for some photos."  she says unexpectedly after her gaze roams the place, Jessica pulls out her cell phone quickly, making me take millions of photos of her, I don't complain because she did the same for me later.
