My Love

Geoff is always filled with surprises... that's what I love about him. Ever since we started "hanging out", he's always taking me on these elaborate dates or gives me the most well thought out gifts. I know it's corny, but the other day he gave me a shark tooth necklace with our initials carved into it.

And god, the way he kisses me... I know people probably think I get a little carried away... maybe they're right, but if they kissed him the way I do, they'd understand. Don't get any ideas though, he's mine. I can't imagine anyone better.

His lips are just so soft, and he knows just the way to touch me. I'd let him do whatever he wanted to me. I just wish we could ditch this island, drop out of school, and start a life together. Imagine waking up everyday and getting to look at his beautiful-

My head perked up as I heard a knock on the door. I glanced at the boy whose lap I was sitting on and giggled. I gave him a quick peck on the cheek before hopping off and shooing him towards the window.

"Why do I have to go out the window again?" Geoff whispered as he quietly crept across the wooden floor.

"I know it's silly, but sometimes it's better than the girls nagging me about it." I smiled before opening the window again. He sat on the window sill and smiled back. I gave him one last kiss before we heard another knock on the door. He quickly jumped out before I yelled for the girls to open up.

"Where's Geoff?" Heather rolled her eyes before sitting on her bunk. Since there's only six beds, Katie and I have been sleeping on the floor in spare sleeping bags we found in the shed.

"He wasn't here."

"Bridge, we love you and all," Leshawna smiled before sitting on her bunk, "but we all know what the two of you do in here." My face went red.

"It's not that bad, I swear!" I waved my hands before I started laying out my sleeping bag. Everyone started to get ready for bed as we continued.

"I just meant kissing," she raised an eyebrow at me, "but now I'm thinking something else."

"I-"

"I'm just kidding, honey." she chuckled.

"Speaking of Geoff..." Gwen smirked, "What is going on between you two? Like obviously there's something there but have you put a label on it?"

"Oh, I don't know..." I sighed, "I wanted to originally, but we had a discussion about it and because of the situation, we don't think we should."

"How long ago was that?" I paused before answering.

"A while..."

"Maybe he's changed his mind?" Leshawna questioned, "I mean, the chemistry is undeniable."

"I suppose... if we get a chance, maybe I'll talk to him about it."

"Yeah, in between all your smooching!" Izzy laughed before turning around and pretending to make out with herself. I rolled my eyes.

"Enough about my love life, Gwen, how are you and Trent?"

"What do you mean?" Her cheeks went red, "I've never liked him like that... he had a weird crush on me, but we're just friends now!"

"Mhm..." Leshawna smirked.

"Well, what about the love letters you've been getting, Leshawna?" Gwen crossed her arms with sass.

"Still have no idea who sent them." She shrugged, "There's only so many guys here, but I doubt they could handle all this." She motioned to her body jokingly before sitting on her bed.

"I still think it's DJ." Izzy grinned.

"Hey, no way!" Katie snapped, causing the group to look her way. She paused as her eyes widened, "Well, because DJ wouldn't... he's a lot more..."
