"There's nothing wrong with me
I'm better now that I'm free
'Cause I've seen the other side
And now I'm back where I wanna be
It was thirteen and a half years I spent
On that platform in hell
But I've come back hell-bent"

"Faedra..."
I can hear my name in the distance, but I can bring myself to answer. The distance seems impossible to cross and my eyes feel too heavy to open. There's pressure on my shoulders that feels like a weight holding me down.
The silence building in my head seems comfortable as I'm drawn to it. A shiver breaks out on my body as it lifelessly lies on the ground. I hear my name in the distance again, but I still can't bring myself to be drawn to it.
"Faedra..." They say, "You must wake up. Ivan is back in the city."
Ivan?
My eyes snap open as if I've been out for hours and I jolt upwards. My heart is beating fast against my chest and it feels like someone knocked the wind right out of my lungs as I gasp for air. It takes a moment for my vision to adjust and when it does, I'm started by the robot in front of me.
We are nearly face to face and my reaction is to swing, but I stop my arm before I connect with my fist. My fist stops right by the side of his head and I quickly pull my arm back, apologizing as I scramble to get back up on my feet.
"Faedra are you okay?" Alpha asks.
"How long have I been down?" I ask.
"I don't know," He says, "You left to find Ivan Ooze. I couldn't find you on the viewing globe. I've been trying to run scans for some time now and finally picked up your energy right outside of the Command Center."
"I'm afraid to ask what's happened in my absence..."
"The viewing globe has been going in and out. I don't know where he's been or what he's done. I could spot him at the heart of Angel Grove."
"Have the others made it back yet?"
"No. I have no contact with them."
I'm afraid they might not make it back at all. I've watched countless amounts of people in search of the great power die upon landing on Phaedos. The great power does not take well to visitors who are not supposed to harness it.
There's no telling if they even made it to Phaedos. Alpha used what energy they had left to transport them, but how do I know it was enough to get them there? They could be anywhere right now... They could be dead. I couldn't rely on them returning to us soon, and that scared me more than anything.
My hands are trembling as I push my palms into the ground, attempting to get up from the hard concrete I had been lying on. My wrists feel sore as I put pressure on them, hoisting myself up and trying to hold steady on my feet. I stumble into one door that is covered in the thick purple ooze that is left behind. The ooze always disgusted me—it has always been a very clear but grotesque sign Ivan Ooze has been somewhere.
