Maki walked onto the Baratie, seeing that Nami had already left. He glanced at his crew. Seeing Johnny and Yosaku bowing apologetically before Luffy, Usopp, and Zoro.

Luffy stood on the rails, "Wait! I can still see it! It's the Going Merry!" He then glanced at Yosaku and Johnny asking them where their ship was.

"We still have it here..." Yosaku mumbled.
"Zoro! Usopp! Leave right away! Take that ship and follow Nami!"

"Forget about it. Just give that ship to her. No need of going after that woman." Zoro said frustrated.

"I won't accept anyone but her as our navigator." Zoro glanced at him, knowing he couldn't change his captains mind now that he made his decision.

He sighed. "All right, all right... what a high-maintenance captain." He then glanced at Maki. "You staying?"

Maki responded with a nod, "Yeah. I'm bored." He said blankly causing Usopp and Zoro to just stare at him like he was crazy.

"O-Oi..." Usopp said to him, "You do understand... how dangerous the situation is right?"

Maki just calmly stared. "They're no named pirates with low bounties. Besides. East blue folk aren't exactly strong.

"N-no n-named?" Usopp said shaking terrified.

"Big Bro Zoro, the ship is ready!" Yosaku and Johnny said in sync. Zoro then glanced at Luffy.

"Luffy, what about you?"

"I can't go since I haven't settled anything at this restaurant." Luffy said.

"Be careful. The situation here isn't normal." Zoro said looking at him with a serious expression.

Maki suddenly felt an immense force from the sea around the Baratie, where Kreig's ship had been split. He gripped the railing.

"Damn... Didn't expect to see him here..." He muttered, causing Zoro to look at him

"Who?"

"The man you've been searching for."

Mihawk's boat went past the Kreig pirates. Some of them on the debris glared at him, "Y-you son of a bitch... What grudge do you have to come after us?!"

"Just killing time." He said calmly.

Maki felt the pressure as Zoro was getting ready to head over. He grabbed Zoro's arm.

"Have you lost your mind? You'll die in an instant!" He said. Zoro glanced at him calmly.

"Maybe. But I have a promise to fulfill."

Zoro walked towards Mihawk. "I've never seen a sword moved so gently..."

"There is no strength in swordplay based only on force." Mihawk said sparing a glance at Zoro.

"Did you use that sword to slice up his as well?"

"That's right."

Zoro grinned, sweat running down his face. "I see... you're the strongest..."

Mihawk sat on his small boat, sitting in a casual position.

"I came out to the sea to meet you." Zoro said. A hand on one of his swords.

"What's your goal?" Mihawk asked as Zoro slowly placed his bandanna he had tied around his arm, on his head.

"To become the strongest!"

Mihawk smirked, "Hmph... How foolish..."

Zoro unsheathed his sword, "You've got spare time, right? Let's fight!"
