The blue haired woman and orange haired man laid there on the ground. Completely knocked out.
"Luffy...?" Usopp asked prompting him to look up at all of his crew.
"I just... felt like hitting them." He said with an angry face.

The crew gathered up on Crocus's small boat that was disguised as an island. Crocus sat on his lounge chair.
"I thank you for saving me... but why?" Crocus asked.
"I wasn't trying to save you. I just didn't like them for some reason." Luffy responded hugging the palm tree that was the on the island. Usopp was trying to remove him from it, but failing. Maki put a hand on Usopp's shoulder.
"It's no use." He said. Causing Usopp just to sigh. Leaving Luffy to his own devices.
"Say who are these guys?" Nami asked Crocus pointing to the blue haired girl and the orange haired man. They had tied them together with rope after Luffy knocked them out.
"What're you doing inside this whale?" Nami asked.
"They're thugs from a nearby town." Crocus explained. "They're after whale meat. If they capture Laboon, it can feed the townspeople for at least 2-3 years, so..."
"Laboon?" Nami asked.
"It's the name of the whale." Crocus responded. "It's the world largest whale, called the Island Whale, which only live in the West Blue. I won't let them have him as food."
Luffy stopped fooling around and paid attention, hanging off the tree like a monkey.
"There's a reason he keeps hitting himself against the Red Line and howling towards Reverse Mountain." Crocus explained.
"A reason?" Nami inquired.
"Yeah. He's a whale with a human heart." Crocus said staring up at the painted sky. "And he's been devotedly waiting for a certain pirate group... for 50 long years."

Crocus explained the story of Laboon. About how Crocus met him and how long he had been waiting for the pirate group.
"L-Laboon has been waiting for those guys for 50 years?" Usopp mumbled. Shocked.
"Is that why he continues to howl at the wall, hitting himself on it?" Nami asked.
"Yeah..." Crocus responded.
Crocus had opened the door for the Merry so they could sail out. The entirety of Laboon was carved out, and turned into a tunnel.
"This is an amazing canal." Zoro said. "I'm surprised he's still alive, having a hole like this inside his body."
"Is this also your playful mind?" Sanji asked Crocus who was next to the Going Merry on his island.
"A doctor's playful mind." He corrected.
"Doctor?" Usopp asked.
"We could definitely use one." Maki said.
"Yeah!" Luffy said with a grin, "be our ship's doctor!"
"Don't be ridiculous." Crocus fired back. His boat had reached a ladder and he began to climb up it, "I no longer have the energy to do reckless things like you guys do."
"Doctor huh?" Sanji said to himself, "that's why the inside of the whale's body is like this..."
"Then these are from the treatment..." Nami said.
"That's right." Crocus responded to her, "when the whale is this large, it's impossible to treat it from the outside." He walked over to a small lever by the massive door.
