"what the fuck you talking about?!", matt shouts in disbelief, but alexis ignores his questions.

"i have an idea: let's dance together!", she suggests excitedly. she doesn't even know what she just said and is too drunk to understand that matt has definitely other plans now than dancing.

"we're not doing shit! let me take you home."

"but i am not tired!", she pouts like a 6 year old girl, but matt already took her hand and starts walking.

"can we drive at least? my feet hurt!", she whines and stops walking. "i'm drunk, too. we have to walk, come on now.", he answers and waves her over, since she's standing a few steps away.

"no!", she shouts and crosses her arms.

"i can't believe this", he says to himself quietly and walks back to her. he squats down a little in front of her so he can give her a piggyback ride.

a few minutes later, matt and alexis arrive at her apartment. they didn't talk much on the way, but alexis was rapping her favorite songs the whole time. or at least she was trying to.

after alexis unlocked the door, matt carries her into her bed.

"thank you, matt.", she mumbles as she snuggles up into her blanket. he still stands next to her bed as he says: "i know that you aren't a hooker and i'm sorry for saying so."

"i'm not mad", she replies with a soft smile, "i like you too much to be mad at you."

drunk words are sober thoughts.

she tabs on the bed, so matt sits down next to her. "i told you that i'm alexis and not julie, right?", she asks to reassure herself. matt just nods. "i am also not a waitress. i do bad things sometimes. bad, bad, bad. and he is my boss and i don't think that he would be happy if i didn't want to to bad things anymore. and i don't want that you get involved in those bad things and that's why i can't go on a date with you. and i don't want to lie to you anymore, but i'm scared that you hate me when i tell you all that.", she explains, not realizing that she just did tell him.

he sighs. he doesn't know what to think or what to say. he does know that he's unbelievably mad at her, but when he spots her genuinely upset face, he tries to ignore his own feelings.

"don't worry about that now. you should get some rest and we'll talk about it some other time, alright?", he says as he stands up.

"okey dokey!", she exclaims, rolls over and immediately falls asleep.

alexis' head hurts like a motherfucker as she wakes up the next morning. she slowly sits up and tries to remember what happened last night.

nothing.

the last thing she remembers is that matt called her a hooker and that's it. when she gets out of bed, she notices that she still wears last nights clothes. "damn...", she whispers to herself and goes into her kitchen to get a coffee.

"good morning!", matt suddenly speaks. he's sitting on the couch and grins at her.

"fucking shit!!", she screams and flinches in fear. when she realizes it's 'just' matt, she exhales in relief. matt laughs at her reaction: "how are you feeling?"

"what the fuck you're doing here?", she asks annoyed and starts to make herself a coffee.

"you don't remember?", matt raises his eyebrows.

"remember what?" - "anything?"

"no...", alexis admits. matt laughs at her answer but as funny as it is, he's still mad about what alexis told him yesterday when she was drunk. but he decides to not tell her everything he knows now.
