Chapter 2

Bethany's Pov
I woke up at 9:50 and good thing it was a Saturday because if it wasn't I would have been late for school.

I got in the shower and took about 20 minutes in there. I came out with a towel rapped around me and walked to my drawer and took out white leggings with a light pink shirt and a black cardigan and some black boots and a black scarf.

I got changed and decide to let my natural black hair just stay how it was. I grabbed my purse and walked down stairs and saw my dad sitting on the couch watching telly. "Is it fine if I go to Starbucks?" I asked "sure but be careful" he replied I smiled and walked out the door.

Brooklyn's Pov
I was the first one up so I decided to shower. After 15 minutes later I came out and put on some black skinny jeans with a white shirt, a black sweater and my white vans along with a black adidas hat.

I was walking down stairs when I tripped and fell I got up and remembered that I forgot my phone, so I ran back upstairs and when I came down my mom was in the living room. "what was that noise?" my mom said "I accidentally fell down when I was going down the stairs" I said kinda laughing whilst explaining it to her. "You need to be careful where you walk and where are you going all dressed up? " I was gonna go for a walk, is it fine if I go?" I said "Sure but don't take to long." " I won't" I replied and gave her a smile and walked out the door.
Once I closed the door I started walking and then I saw Bethany walking down the street. "Bethany hold up!!"

Bethany's Pov
I heard someone call my name and I turned around and it was Brooklyn I smiled and waved at him and waited for him to catch up. "Hi Bethany"Brooklyn said "Hi Brooklyn". "Where you going?" "I'm going to Starbucks" I replied in hope for him not to ask for him to come along. "Do you mind if I come along?" "Uhhh.....sure" I said. "Great" I mumbled rolling my eyes. Once we reached Starbucks we walked inside and I ordered a medium vanilla bean and so did he. We walked to a table next to a window and it looked very cloudy outside I hope it wouldn't rain. "

So....do you have a boyfriend?" Brooklyn asked. "No..I'm not one of those persons who likes being in relationships" I said "Why not"? He said a little upset "I don't have time for things like that I try to stay focus in football only" I said looking out the window. "We'll have you ever been in a relationship before?" He asked a little nervous. "Yes I have but like I said I don't have time so I broke up with him." "Oh" was all he said looking down. When we finished we walked out and headed home. Once I reached my house i said "Bye Brooklyn" "Bye Bethany he said reaching in to give me a hug I just stayed still not giving him a hug back until he let go he looked at me and his cheeks were turning pink and he gave a shy smile and his smile was so perfect he looked so cute like that.

I walked inside my house heading up stairs when I stooped and thought...wait did I just say his smile was perfect and that he was cute?! I've never thought about a guy like that for about 2 or 3 years. I walked inside my room and jumped in my bed and put some music on and was thinking if I could probably have feelings for him then I thought no it's not possible I need to focus in football and only football.

Brooklyn's Pov
I walked home thinking about Bethany and I think I might have feelings for her. She is so beautiful. I really like her but she doesn't want a boyfriend. I was thinking until I had an idea... I will make her change her mind and maybe she would want to be my girlfriend.
