Pool game?
Espresso's pov.

I had woke up from my dream to the door bell ringing. "I'm coming! I'm coming! Sheesh..." I yelled. I check the time and it was 8:56AM. "It's way too early for this..." I mumbled. The doorbell rang again. "IM COMING FOR CHRISTS SAKE!" I actually yelled this time. I got up and walked over to my door and opened it. "Hey Espresso!" Latte smiled cheerfully. "Oh my god, why are you here at 8:56AM?" I asked her. "Wanna go to a pool game? Like the game at clubs. Wanna join?" Latte asked. Since I didn't comprehend a single word she just said, I nodded my head up and down slowly. "Okay! Great! Pick you up at evening!" Latte then waved goodbye and went into her car to drive off. "She came all that way just to ask me if I wanted to play pool at a club? That lady is out of her mind. I'm going back to sleep." I shook my head and went back inside.

I laid down on my bed. 'My comfy bed...' It rudely interrupted because my phone started to buzz. I picked it up and answered with a "Hello?" "Hey Espresso! Let me guess, your back in your bed?" Latte knew exactly what I was doing. "Uh, yea? Who wakes up at 8:00 and decides that they will go to their friends house just ask them if they wanted to play pool?" I scoffed at her. "I felt like seeing you in person." Latte laughed. "Not funny. Anyways, why couldn't you just call me?" I asked. "I called you 65 times. I thought you were dead." Latte had no emotion on her face. "YOU THOUGHT I WAS DEAD?!" I laughed and wheezed at her comment. "No joke! I was literally panicking to Almond wondering if you dead or not." Latte told me. "Alright, alright. I believe you. Now let me sleep! Good night!" I smiled and waved goodbye. "Okay! Good morning to you!" Latte smiled back and ended the call.

Finally, I could get away from people and rest my head. I slept until 1:25PM. It was the afternoon. I woke up again with that weird dream with Madeleine in it. "Why is he appearing in my dreams..." I groaned and walked myself to the bathroom. I took a shower and got dressed. I walked into the kitchen, making myself a cup of espresso. I walked into my room, turning on the light and picking out a nice suit for the pool game later on. It was around 3:00 and I was just laying on the couch, thinking about life. About Madeleine. Wait, why the fuck we talking about Madeleine? He doesn't exist to me. Until my doorbell rang at 4:45PM. I got my lazy butt up and opened the door. "Heyyy! Miss my pretty face?" Latte walked in with a smile on her face. "Why do you have a smile on your face? That's utterly gross." I made a disgusted face. "Oh come on! It's not that bad." Latte laughed. "Is that latte I see?" I point at her cup of coffee. "Yeah? Why?" Latte was confused. "You know I don't accept latte's in my house." I gave her a look. "Oh come on! Just for me! And don't give me that look." Latte whined. "Okay, okay. Fine just this time. Let's go watch tv until the evening." I bought her over to the couch to watch some tv shows.

It was now 6:00PM. "Hey, it's the evening. Just let me get my dress out of the trunk." Latte stood up to get her dress out of the car. I got off the couch and changed into my suit. "Heyo! Looking good!" Latte had a black sparkly dress. Meanwhile I had a suit with a jacket which the inside was red. "Let's go money man!" Latte took me by the arm and pulled me inside the car. "Now we're going to make some gooooood money!" Latte laughed and started the car. It took 46 minutes to get there. "Welcome! To the club of course." Latte opened the door for me and I thanked her. We walked in and we decided to play against each other.

"No fair! I don't understand how I lost that!" Latte pouted about that. "Where's my 50 bucks?" I held out my hand, laughing. Latte took out her wallet and gave me 50 bucks. "Thanks." I took the money from her. "Asshole." Latte spoke under her breath. I laughed at her. "Want to do another round?" I asked. "Hell no! What makes you think I'll lose another 50 bucks?" Latte told me. I mean, that was the answer I was expecting. "Hey, time passes when your having fun. I'll go play with someone else where." Latte chuckles and walks away from me. Time passes when your having fun..? Oh shit, she is right. It's 9:33PM! Well, I got no one else to play with... I just waited there a while because I didn't feel like socializing right now. "Hey, loser. Didn't know you played pool before."

     I turned around to see who it was. "Madeleine?! Seriously? Are you stalking me at this point???" I asked him confused. "No? Are you stalking me?!" Madeleine asked. "Ugh, and yes, I do know how to play pool. Wanna play a game. You make a bet first." I got warmed up for a round. "I'll bet $10,000." Madeleine smiles. I looked at him. Then I smiled, "Your going down for real." Time passed and I beaten Madeleine's ass in the game. I smiled and laughed, "Where's my money?" I held out my hand. Madeleine groaned and rolled his eyes. "Thanks!" I thanked him when he handed over the money. Madeleine walked back in defeat, back to his friends. I watched him talk to his friends about the money. They all gasped and laughed. 'Well, that's not nice but who cares?' I rolled my eyes and asked Latte if we could back home.

     "Hey, uh, where's my car?" Latte wondered where her car went. "Oh my god. Did you park in a spot where you couldn't park in?" I groaned. "Maybe I did... Ugh I guess we have to walk back home now." Latte groaned. We walked back for a long time until Latte went her separate way. Now I was walking back home alone. "We meet again Espresso." Madeleine was next to me now. "Are you actually following me right now." I was now creeped out that Madeleine was standing next to me. "I'm not follow you sheesh. This is the way back to my house." Madeleine sighed. We walked for a long time until we reached Madeleine's big house. "Well, bye now." I waved goodbye to him. "Are you sure you don't want to spend the night with me?" Madeleine stopped me by holding my hand.

     I turned around to him "Excuse me, what?" I gave him a disgusted look. "I mean, there's wolves and bears in the forest right now, are you sure you don't want to spend the night?" Madeleine spoke. It was cold outside and I didn't know how much longer I could last in the freezing air. "What side is this now?" I raised my eyebrows. "A side that you've been too mean to look at." Madeleine told me. "Ha, I mean— I would stay but like who knows what your going to do to me." I laughed at him. Madeleine tugged me closer to him. "Okay, I'm fine with you freezing to death." Madeleine let go of my hand and walked away from me. 'The thought of wolves and bears just scared me.' I thought about it long and hard. "Fine! I'll come with you! Anyways, it is freezing." I yelled to get Madeleine's attention. Madeleine turns around at me and smiled. "I knew that you would come back and agreeing with me." I walked fast so I could get inside.
