Espresso's pov
After accepting the offer that Madeleine made, we stepped inside his parents house. "Are you sure you don't own this place?" I looked around curiously. Madeleine took off his shoes before answering, "I suggest you take off your shoes first." I took off my shoes and continued to look around. Until it was rudely interrupted because of a dog barking. "Hey, Daisy! How are you good girl?" Madeleine rubbed his dog head. "Is that a dog?" I ask, walking up closer to the dog was that supposedly named Daisy. "Yeah, meet Daisy!" Madeleine looked up at me and so did the dog. Damn, I was right about the dog looking like their owner. "Oh uh... How old?" I tried to continue on the conversation. "She's 5 years old. She's quite big." Madeleine laughed. I walked up closer to Daisy, trying to pet her, instead what I got, was being tackled by her. "She's playful she meets people. Come on Daisy! Don't do that!" Madeleine tried getting Daisy off of me. "No, it's alright! I love her and she already loves me!" I laughed some more. Madeleine smiled and joined in the fun. Now Madeleine was playing with us. Me and Madeleine were on the ground. "Sir Madeleine? I'm pretty sure your mother wouldn't like that if she noticed that her husband's suit was covered in Daisy's fur." A maid told us. "Oh, yeah. Sorry about that. And would you tell my mom that a friend came over please?" Madeleine asked. The maid nodded and walked away.

A friend...? I looked at him, confused. The maid came right back, "Sir Madeleine, your mother just informed me that you need to head up into her room to try on other suits. For the Yule Ball of course." Madeleine looked at her, nodding his head. "Let me assist my friend to his room for the night." The maid nodded and scrolled away. "Now, since she's gone, allow me to take you to your bed?" Madeleine voiced echoed through the long hallways. Considering about the echoes, it seemed like this hallway was very, very long, probably having thousands of rooms. We walked down for a while until room AB25. The room was big. It had a queen size bed and a mini office room. Along with a big bathroom. "I'll be upstairs if you ever need me. I gotta try on some new suits." Madeleine opened the door and left. I just.. stood there. I had no other clothes to change into so I just.. sat there on the bed, for quite some time.

As time passed by, it felt like the silence was really getting to me. I heard someone next door turning on the blow dryer, it was loud but at least it toned down the silence. The fan turned off and the person next door opened their room's door. I could a faint muffled voice screaming the name Valentina. I really couldn't make up what they were saying, but for all I know, they're clearly pissed at someone named Valentina. I hear the footsteps stomping right back, it was real close to my room door. "Valentina...! Oh whoops, sorry! Seems like your not Valentina." The woman spoke to me. "So, are you a friend of one of my siblings..?" She asked. I looked at her, deciding to say if Madeleine is one of my friends or not. Considering I purely hate him. "Friend of Madeleine." I spoke, even though he really isn't. "Oh, out of all of my 6 siblings, you chose him? Whatever, I'm Bella. Nice to meet you." Bella groaned about my friend choice. I mean, I can't disagree with her. I do hate Madeleine like she does. "I'm Espresso." I introduced myself. "So... Do you need pajamas or anything? To like, change into." Bella saw my situation.

"Oh yeah, I sure do." I really need something to change into. As she was about to walk off, she stopped. "Have you seen a blow dryer around here..?" Bella asked. I shrugged since I barely even checked out the room. She nodded and went to her room to get me pajamas or whatever. "Here, I didn't know what size you are so I just decided to get you the smallest size that was on me." Bella handed me the pajamas and I checked the size before I went in. "You got any medium sized pajamas?" I asked her. She nodded and went back to her room. She came back with the pajamas that I requested for. "I'll take those and you can have these." Bella smiled. I went inside the bathroom to get changed, her pajamas were comfy. No wonder, they come from Victoria Secret. Whatever, can't complain that their pajamas aren't comfy since they really are. I walked out of the bathroom with my clothes folded up in my arms. "Those really do fit you. You can keep them, anyways they are growing a little bit too small on me." Bella spoke. "Well, I'll leave you alone for the night, talk to you in the morning Espresso. Reminding you that there's like 6 other siblings I have, including Madeleine." Bella warned me of how many people are in this goddamn castle.
