Upon my countenance, a gleaming arc,A smile, resplendent, a celestial spark.
Yet, society's gaze, an ever-present stare,
A disapproving glance, a burdensome affair.
In visage fair, a radiant hue,
Beneath the scrutiny, my mirth withdrew.
Oh, the judgmental eyes, a weight to bear,
As my smile waned underneath society's glare.
For in this world where opinions sway,
My joy concealed in shadows lay.
The symphony of my laughter, a muted guitar,
Drowned in the disapproval from afar.
Though my smile may rival the morning sun,
Society's frown eclipsed its radiant fun.
Thus, I wore a mask of joy and despair,
A paradoxical dance underneath society's glare.
Yet, in the quiet corners where shadows conspire,
A rebellious hope set my spirit afire.
For, despite the disapproval, my smile would declare,
Defiance against the darkness, a silent praye
