Beg

Upon yon path where shadows dance with eve,

Go forth and plead for mercy's grace, believe.

Thine heart, in cold indifference, doth deceive,

Yet beg entreat, for pardon, and retrieve.

A tale of woe unfolds, a tragic script,

Where pride and scorn in bitter union gripped.

To beg for mercy, in humility, dipped,

A somber plea from lips that fate hath nipped.

In a humbled stance, where once disdain did reign,

Go, seek redemption, cast away disdain.

To Mercy's throne, a supplicant remain,

And let contrition cleanse thy soul's dark stain.

For in the echoes of remorseful plea,

May mercy's light descend and set the spirit free.

Go, bear thy heart, in fervent urgency,

And find redemption in humility.
