A/N: This fanfic will be a sad one, so just a warning!

"CEDRIC!" you screamed and ran towards your best friends dead body lying on the ground beside Harry. Professor Mcgonagall held you back and you squirmed out of her grip and ran to his side. Tears were flowing from your eyes as you wept and screamed, not caring if people saw you. "Why?!" you croaked out holding Cedric's icy cold hand, hiccuping every so often from crying. "Who did this" you said coming out as a hiss towards Harry, still holding Cedric's hand. Harry sat there, unmoving, tears coming out of his own eyes. He tried to force words to come out of his mouth but all that came out was odd noises and half formed words. You held Cedric's body close to yours in a comforting way, hugging his lifeless body.

"If only I had told you sooner!" You whispered, tears still pooling from your (E/C) eyes, looking down at your deceased friend lying limply in your arms. "I love you Cedric" you said quietly, full of love and sorrow. You placed a kiss on his cold forehead and let the teachers and his family take his body away. You let them take him away, standing aside for others to say their final goodbye. "If only I told you sooner" you said under your breath and turned and walked away.
