Neville

"H-hey (Y/N)" Neville said shyly as you were making your way down to your third period class, Herbology. "Oh hi Neville!" You said happily as you walked to your class with Neville talking about what kind of magical plant you would be learning about next. "Are you exited to learn more about the Fanged Geraniums?" he asked excitedly walking a little faster in attempts to get to the greenhouse earlier and exited to learn, after all Herbology was his favorite subject. "Oh! in all honesty I'm a little afraid of them..." you said sheepishly, hugging the books you were carrying closer to your chest. "Really? I'm sorry to hear that, I'm sure that everything will be fine!" he said reassuringly and gently patted your back and entered the greenhouse with you trailing behind him.

"OW!" you yelped as the Fanged Geranium bit your hand. "(Y/N)!" you heard Neville yell and rush over to you, grabbing your hand and examining it. "Professor Sprout we need to get her to the hospital wing immediately!" Neville picked you up and started jogging down the the nurse's office, you could hear the faint sounds of wolf whistles and laughing as he carried you out of the class. You buried your face in his robes trying to hide the huge blush that was now covering your face. Little did you know Neville was blushing too because of your face that was now buried in his robes and your hands gripping on to him like a giant teddy bear.

  

You arrived in the hospital wing after 10 minutes of Neville running around Hogwarts trying to get you to medical attention as fast as he could carry you and run. When you arrived in the hospital wing Madame Pomfrey came running towards you when she noticed that your (S/C) skin was now extremely pale and you were coughing up blood. "Mr.Longbottom tell me exactly what happened and what attacked Miss (Y/L/N)" she said scurrying around to find the right cure.

  

After Neville told Madame Pomfrey what happened she took out a potion from the cupboard behind her desk and made you drink it. You scrunched up your face and tears were coming out of your (E/C) eyes because of the disgusting taste. "Now this potion will make you tired, so make sure to get some well needed rest" she said and patted your head and went to go and fill out papers at her desk. You turned your head around to look at Neville who was sitting beside you, looking at you with worried eyes.

"I'll be fine! don't worry about it, also thanks for taking me here" You said and smiled reassuringly at your friend. "No problem" he said and looked away blushing. "Now go and rest, you're going to need it" he said and went to get up and go to his next class when you pulled on his sleeve and said "stay with me until I fall asleep...please?" You asked innocently, as your eyelids began to shut. "Alright" he said his face, ears and neck now scarlet from how much he was blushing.

  

Once class was over Ron, Harry and Hermione went to go and check on you. When they entered the hospital wing they saw Neville holding your hand and sleeping soundly beside you, sitting in a chair beside your bed. "Let's leave them alone" Harry said and pulled the two out of the room leaving you and Neville sleeping soundly together.
