Your pov

We decided to camp the night at an island nearby. We laid down on the sand near the shore. Edmund laid next to me and put his arm around me. After that he fell asleep shortly. I had trouble sleeping as the ground was not very soft.

Late at night I heard footsteps in the sand and I knew what was coming, so I closed my eyes and pretented to be asleep.

"Seems they've brought a pig." A voice whispered and I had to hold in my laugh as I knew they were talking about Eustace, who was snoring very loudly.

"This one, it's female" they said where lucy was sleeping. "So are these ones" they said, probably about me and Geal.

"This one reads. Let's take her" i heard them say and they took Lucy. I knew where this was going so I laid still till they were a bit further away and then decided to slowly remove Edmunds arm and go after them.

It wasn't hard to find them as they were stomping their feet quite loudly. I made sure to always stay behind a bush so they didn't see me. Although it was pretty hard to notice if they say me, cause I could only see their footsteps.

"There is no escape." A low voice spoke. "Well put." "Scary." The others ones complimented.

"What are you?" Lucy asked a bit scared. "We are terrifying invisible beasts." "If you could see us, you would be really intimidated." They responded. Wich made me laugh a bit.

"Who is there?!" I quickly stopped laughing and hid behind the bush, but it was too late. I felt myself being lifted of the ground and thrown next to Lucy. "Y/n?!" I just smiled at her.

"We are very large!" They continued. "Well, what do you want?" Lucy asked. "You, you'll do what we ask." they answered.

"Or what?" She bravely said. "Or you'll die" Lucy looked shocked and they all started chanting "death!"

"Well I wouldn't be much use to you dead, now, would I?" She said with confidence. "I hand't thought of that." They started bickering.

"All right. Then we'll just kill your friends. Starting with this one" I felt myself being lifted of the ground again. I just rolled my eyes, cause I knew these one footed trolls couldn't kill any of us.

"What do you want with me?" Lucy continued and they let me go again. "You will enter the house of the Oppressor." They pushed lucy forward. "What house?" She asked as you couldn't see anything except for a garden.

"This one" the troll said and a door opened. "Upstairs, you'll find the book of Incantations. Recite the spell that makes the unseen seen." The Chief troll explained.

I was about to walk in with Lucy, but got held back. "Oh come on, I want to go in the house as well" I pouted. "No! You are our bait!" Lucy looked back at me with worry in her eyes. I smiled back at her as a sign of don't worry.

"Well, go on. We haven't got all day." They demanded. "Remember what will happen to your friends." "You've been warned.

"Why don't you do it yourselves?" She asked a bit angry. "We can't read" they answered a bit sad. "Can't write, either as a matter of fact."

"Why didn't you just say so?" She said with a bit of sympathy in her voice. "Beware the Oppressor." "He's very oppressive" "what makes the unseen seen, got it?!" The Chief troll said getting a bit impatient.

Lucy walked inside the house and the doors closed, leaving me here with these one feet troll creatures that I couldn't see...yet.

"So... My name is Y/n, what are yours?" I asked getting a it bored. "We don't talk to prisoners!" One yelled. "Okay, okay, I get it. Must take the job seriously. I'll just sit here and wait then." I sat down on the grass and started looking around.

The sun was starting to rise and I knew the rest of the crew was gonna wake up soon.
