I sat in my cabin all day crying untill I had no tears left. A lot of thoughts went through my mind. Maybe it was better this way. Maybe it will hurt less when the ending comes again.
My thoughts were interrupted by a knock on my door. "Go away" I said, but the person walkes in anyways.
"I came to apologize" Edmund said and sat down next to me on the bed. I turned away from him and held my knees up to my chest.
"I didn't mean to cut your cheek, I wasn't myself. Something took control over me. I would never try to hurt you" he pleaded.
"And the star?" I said sassy. "I was just amazed by how it was possible for her to be able to glow like that, I didn't think she was more beautiful than you. I also was nog flirting with her. That was all Caspian." He answered.
"I'm sorry if it looked that way. But I promise you, I will never love someone. like I love you" he moved his hand against my cheek and made me look at him.
"Promise?" I asked and looked him in the eyes. "I promise" he smiled and moved closer to kiss my lips.
I kissed him back and let one final tear slip out. After that we cuddled in bed till we fell asleep.
