I've just woke up and AJ is already bouncing round the house. how does he have that much energy at 8 in the morning?

i make my way downstairs to see Aj eating his breakfast along side Kenny.

"there at the gym, getting buff" Aj manages to make out while having a mouth full of cereal and milk. disgusting.
