STRIPE... :(
Craig was lonely. Like, so fucking lonely. Most days, after he would come home from school he would just go to sleep. This was one of those days. He set his backpack down on the floor at the foot of his bed before crashing face first onto his mattress. His friends always invited him to do things, he just never felt up to them. Plus, he hadn't even told them about what happened. So, in hindsight, this was his fault. But he couldn't help feeling this way. His room felt so... empty. Stripe had died a few weeks ago, and all Craig had done since then was mourn. He felt so, so sad. Even if Stripe had a long seven years of life, Craig was still heartbroken. The boy sighed. He knew he needed to quit thinking about it and let it go, but he just couldn't. Not right now. He slowly drifted off.
Craig woke up and checked his phone, as he always did, and saw about 28 notifications left on one of his Reddit posts that he made that morning on his alt. The post was a vent, so he didn't expect much traction on it. But, low and behold, 7 comments and 21 up votes. Craig opened his Reddit and read through the comments. He had posted this on r/vent, cringe, I know, but that's why he didn't expect so much traction. His eyes scanned over the comments but one caught his eye.

Dude, I'm so sorry that your pet died. It seemed like you were super close. I get how you feel, I had a pet that passed a year or two ago, too. If you ever need to talk about your loss, or how your friends are making you feel, you can DM me. I'd love to talk and gain a new friend...
Craig smiled softly at the comment. He decided to reply to the person.

Thanks for the support, man, if I need to talk I'll be sure to DM you. You are lowkey cool.
Craig put his phone down and sighed. Maybe he wouldn't be so lonely after all. He pulled the covers back up and went back to sleep. He had a long day ahead of him in the morning, and he knew it.... When he woke up the next morning his head was pounding due to the fact he slept too much. He didn't care, he just wanted to make it through the day. The boy got up, popped some pills, and went to his closet. He pulled his blue coat off the hanger, along with a random grey tee to go under it. He squatted down to the drawers underneath his hanging shirts and grabbed his black jeans. Craig swiped on deodorant and threw the clothes on. After brushing his hair and teeth, pulling on his shoes, shoving on his hat, and grabbing his bag, he was ready to head downstairs for breakfast.
When Craig made it to school, he was greeted by his friends. He didn't pay much attention but said hello back. Clyde looked at him weird, but he shook it off. Looking over his friend group, he realized that literally everyone was looking at him weird. Clyde, Tolkien, and Jimmy. All of them. "What? What is it?" He asked, a bit confused. "Look," Tolkien said, "We... need to talk." Craig looked even more confused but nodded. "We kinda j-j-j-j....j-j-j-j-j-j-j...-j-j-just think that you've been a total asshole recently," Jimmy stated, looking a bit sad. Clyde nodded and added on, "This isn't easy to say, but we don't want to hang out with you anymore." With that, Craig felt a hole open into his chest. He couldn't breathe. He just stared as the three walked away. He heard someone walking up to him, but he shoved them away before walking right out of school. Kenny watches from the floor as Craig runs away.
