Chapter 6 "fucking hell"

Today was the day that I was gonna end it all- well supposed to. I'm now cuddling with sanemi. I never felt more loved before, it weird, but I don't mind it.

"Nami?" I called his name but he didn't answer.
I look up at him to se him fast asleep. I sighed, wanting to move to our shared futon. And not be laying on the couch. I hear cawing in the distance. I look at the window and see my crow, kanzaburou. I wiggle my way out of sanemi's arms and open the window.

"CAW CAW GIYUU TOMIOKA YOU HAVE A MISSION! GO NORTH AND YOU WILL FIND A DEMON THERE! IT'S BEEN MAKING LITTLE KIDS GO MISSING! GO THIS INSTANT!" kanzaburou explain. I nodded and woke sanemi up.

"Nami, I have a mission to do. I'll be back soon." I give him a quick kiss and left.

I got to the location, and strangely it looked a lot like my home town. I walk around asking some people if they have seen a demon around. They all didn't give me a good response, only No's, and, demons don't exist. I keep walking untill I saw a little kid frantically running, the kid bumped into me and I squat to ask if it's okay.

"Are you okay?" I asked them, helping the off the ground. They instantly hugged me. I was shocked. "N-no! My sister! She was hurt by a monster!" they explained. It reminded me so much of my past.

"Can you take me to her?"I asked. They shock their head quickly and and ran. I followed them, jogging to catch up. Once we got there, it was a mess. Blood was everywhere and I saw their sister in the corner. I go up to her, checking for a pulse only to find nothing. Not beat or a single feeling of warmth. The little kids sister was dead.

"I-is she okay?" the little kid asked. I sighed and turned to them. "Listen.. Your sister isn't gonna wake up. She's in a dream forever. She's in a better place.." I explained to the kid. "S-shes dead, isn't she?" the kid asked again. I looked away and nodded. "Do you have other relatives you could go to?" I asked. "Yeah.." he answered.

I walk him to his relatives house and knock on the door. A man opens it and the little kid hugs him.
"Who are you?" the man asked me. "My name is giyuu tomioka. I walked here with ur niece because his sister was murdered." I explain to the man.

"WHAT?!" the man screams, making me flinch.
"I came here to let this kid live with you. While the police take care of the house they used to live in." I said
"Thank you, young man. For protecting shoko." the man said, thanking me.
"No need to thank me, I'm just doing my job."
I bow, and left in a flash.

I continue to look for the demon. After a while I found it. It looked weak. So I instantly try to cut its head off. It noticed me and dodged my attack. (I'm not a writing fights💩)

I attacked again, using water wheel. Which cuts its arm off.
"So, your the water hashira?"it asked. I stare at it, not saying a word.
"Not a talker huh?" it asked another question, that I did not answer.
I charged at it again. But it dodged.

The demon wa pretty strong. I had some bruises and cuts on me from its blood demon art.
I'm walking to sanemi's estate from the battle, not feeling like going to kocho to get the wounds checked.

I get to sanemi's estate and opened the door.
"Nami?" I called out to him. "Yeah?!" he yelled back.
"I'm back from my mission!" I yelled to him.
I hear stomping and I see him come out of our shared room.

"Fucking hell!?"

He yelled as he saw me. "What?" I asked him.
I started to feel dizzy.
"You look so beat up! We gotta get you to kocho!" he yelled and picked me up bridal style.

"It's not that bad" I said a bit woozy.
"Your about to pass out?!" he yelled as he ran to the butterfly estate, with me in his arms. I ended up passing out in his arms.

I woke up in the butterfly estate with medical equipment attached to me. I look around and see sanemi sitting in a chair sleeping.

"Nami?" I looked at him. He shot up instantly to my voice. He instantly hugged me. I winced as he hugged me. Saying a small ouch. He instantly apologized to me and hugged me gently.

"What happened?" I asked, weakly.
"You passed out in my arms when I was running to Kocho's estate." he explained.
"Oh.." I looked away, guilty for not being more careful on my mission.
"It's not your fault, don't be guilty" sanemi said, instantly knowing what I was thinking.

I looked at him and smiled. He leaned in to kiss me but was interrupted

"Oh! Did it interrupt you guys?" tanjiro asked
"No" "yes!" me and sanemi said at the same time.
I look at sanemi with a glare an he gets off of me.

"Um.." tanjiro looks at us with an awkward smile.
"What do you need tanjiro?" I asked looking at him with a small smile.
"Ah.. I came to check on you. I heard what happened" he explained. I hear a small hum and I see nezuko come out of the box that was on tanjiro's back.

"Ah hello nezuko."I said. I weakly pat her head with my hand. She smiles and giggles. "Well I hope you have a good recovery! I'll be going now!" tanjiro said taking nezuko with him.

I look at sanemi and smiled at him an he kissed me. And I fall back asleep.
