JIHEE'S POV
"Father?"
"Yes?"
"May I please stay back for a minute? I must speak with Yeonjun."
The rehearsal dinner just ended and I've got a little bone to pick with Choi Yeonjun. The whole dinner, his eyes were trained on me, and when I made the mistake of sitting with him, all I felt were his hands on mine and my waist. I had a feeling it was the wine. He's a little tipsy.
"Oh, honey!" my mom gushed, squeezing me into a hug. "All I hear is Wedding Bells for our little girl, Yongsik."
"Dear God, Sara. Wedding Bells? Go on, we shall wait in the car," he chuckled.
I grinned, turning and doing a little jog to catch up to Yeonjun who was walking to their car with his mother. I grabbed ahold of his arm and smiled pleadingly at Mrs Choi. "Just a moment with your son. Am I permitted?"
"No," she shook her head. "You are permitted a moment with your fiance," she smiled.
I chuckled, pulling Yeonjun away, out of earshot from everyone and out of their sight. "Yes?" he smirked.
"What is wrong with you?" I pushed him against the pillar.
"What?" he chuckled. "What have I done now?"
"What have you done? You were all over me, Jun. What if someone saw us?"
"Then I'm not bothered. We're getting married, I don't know what else to tell you. I shall, however, tell you one thing." He put his hands on my waist, pulling me closer.
I sighed in defeat, not even bothering to fight it because I knew I wanted it. I loved being around him and of course, the closer, the better. "What?" I asked.
"I'm really starting to detest that decision of yours to wait until our wedding to kiss."
I watched him, my eyes dancing between his lips and his eyes. "Well, have patience. You've got less than twenty-four hours left," I taunted him further.
"Fifteen, to be precise." I stared at him in shock. "It's nine in the evening. We get married tomorrow at noon."
"Are you keeping count?"
He shrugged, turning us around so I leaned against the pillar. I laughed, grabbing either side of his face, tilting my head back to look up at him. He's a tall man. I'm a short woman.
"Let me kiss you," he whispered, resting his forehead against mine.
"Fifteen hours," I mumbled with a small smile. He let out a low whimper, making me chuckle. "Fifteen hours," I repeated, pecking his cheek.
"Then let me hug you." I nodded in response. He put his arms around my waist and mine automatically went around his neck. He inhaled deeply against my neck before exhaling, sending chills down my spine. "Do you hear that?" he asked.
"What?" I questioned, pulling away to look at him.
"Wedding Bells," he smirked.
"You sound like my mother," I stated.
"Oh, god," he laughed, closing his eyes.
"We have to get back."
"No," he whined.
"Yes," I nodded.
"I shall see you tomorrow at the altar."
"Am I permitted to meet you before the wedding?"
I shook my head, "It's bad luck if the groom sees the bride before the wedding. Patience, patience, patience, my dear fiance."
He sighed loudly, pulling his arms down. We walked out, side by side, me heading to my car and him heading to his. I could see my parents grinning and his mother doing the same. His father didn't seem to have much of a reaction.
