JIHEE'S POV
"Bye," I grinned, waving at Junhee while he waddled along with his mother, going to their car. We all had dinner together and they have just taken their leave. Jun sighed, putting his arm around my waist from behind, resting his chin on my shoulder. I stared at him. "We should head inside," I mumbled.
He nodded, taking my hand, and leading me inside. He closed the door behind me while I opened the sliding closet, opening my half, and taking my clothes. I went into the bathroom, changing first. No more silk sets. I may wear sweatpants and t-shirts now. Which is what I prefer.
I throw my hair in a loose ponytail before brushing my teeth and washing my face. "Knock, knock!" I opened the bathroom door, allowing Jun in to brush his teeth with me. "No more silk sets?" he smirked, grabbing his toothbrush.
I chuckled, "No. While silk sets are very sexy," I sighed.
"Indeed they are," he grinned.
I rolled my eyes, smiling. "While they are, they are not nearly as comfortable as these," I shrugged.
"And comfort always comes first, yes?"
"Yes," nodded, brushing my teeth. Once we brushed our teeth, we lingered in the bathroom for a minute. I was applying lotion onto my face and he was watching me. "Junhee is adorable, isn't he?" I asked.
"He is very adorable," he nodded. "It makes me want a child," he said nonchalantly. I froze, staring at him in the mirror. "It does not mean we will be having one," he laughed. I let out a breath, turning to him. "But yes, one day." he sighed.
"You want a son?" I asked, genuinely curious.
"Or a daughter, no preference. Ultimately, I just want a child with the wife I love. Someday," he smiled.
"Someday," I nodded. "You shall get what you want."
He chuckled, "What I want? I wanted a lot in life. I did not get nearly most of it."
"Such as?" I propped myself up on the counter, pulling him to stand between my legs.
"Such as... a career."
"In which field?"
"Business" he sang.
"Oh?" I looked at him, very impressed. My husband is a businessman on the inside. That is... hot.
"Hmm," he chuckled. "I really hoped for a future there. But as it turns out, I am a prince! And that is, unfortunately, not an option," he shrugged, clicking his tongue in disappointment.
I thought in silence for a moment. "Sure it is." He looked at me quizzically. "You could always run a business within the kingdoms, yes?"
"Yes, but there is not much scope in our kingdoms for the kind of business I wished to run."
"And what kind is that?" I asked, brushing his hair out of his eyes.
"The kind of business a CEO in California does," he nodded.
"Oh," I nodded. "I see. So, you would like to live in California?" I grinned.
"More than likely," he nodded again. "Perhaps I could run into you there if we both called quits on royalty," he smirked.
"Hmm, then our relationship would be very different."
"How so?"
"We would more than likely be in love by now," I grinned, resting my arms around his neck.
"Well," he sighed. "One way or another, I will not rest until we are madly in love with each other. Here or in another life," he shrugged.
I giggled, pulling him ever closer and putting my legs around his torso. "I adore you," I mumbled.
