Mystery walked through the misty woods wearing her red cloak, hood up. The skies were cloudy in London today. During the times Mystery lived here, cloudy weather was normal, but today it felt like it was going to rain.

Mystery peeked around a tree with her hand pressed upon its trunk as she saw the Phantomhive mansion. She watched the windows and the areas around the mansion to make sure no one would see her. Once the coast was clear, she walked quickly to front door. She placed the red letter on the doorstep then left without a trace.

As the clouds became darker, it started to rain lightly then a little harder. Mystery walked down the streets of London. Since the rain began, the streets were no longer crowded. The dull, grey city of London made Mystery’s red cloak stand out.

Mystery walked through many puddles and made it to the shop. Undertaker’s shop. She lifted her hand and hesitantly grabbed the door handle. She opened the door with it making a loud creaking sound. She looked around the dark shop with many coffins displayed. She entered the shop slowly, closing the door behind her.

Her boot heels clicked on the floors and she looked around left to right.

“Undertaker?” Mystery replied, hoping he was here.

She heard something move and turned to see Undertaker’s long, bony, black nailed fingers moving the coffin lid to the side.  He sat up from the inside of the coffin and smiled widely.

“Ah, well if it isn’t Red Riding Hood. Long time no see hehe. I should have known not to believe in that note Sebastian sent me. The one you and the young Earl were supposedly dead.” Undertaker said while getting out of the coffin then walked toward her, his sleeves hiding his hands and holding them up to his chest.

“I remember seeing you lying in one of my coffins resting while you were transforming into a demon,” Undertaker chuckled, “And look at you now. A demon of perfection. Although, I’d rather have your corpse in a coffin. So beautiful.” Undertaker said while he was close to her face.

Mystery backed away a bit and instantly placed her hand over her stomach on instinct. Undertaker chuckled as he noticed.

“There’s something else, isn’t there? Hehehe” Undertaker smiled more widely.

Mystery’s voice got caught in her throat. She’s never been with Undertaker by herself; she was always with Sebastian whenever they saw Undertaker. There was a silence until Mystery managed to speak.

“Undertaker, I know you don’t just… bury the dead and helped Ciel with cases…” Mystery trailed off.

“Yeess? You must want something from me” Undertaker asked amused.

Mystery was hesitant, but went with it.

“Can you somehow… know predictions?” Mystery asked.

Undertaker’s smile was replaced by a curious expression. But then his smirk came back.

“And what makes you so sure I can do that ability?” Undertaker asked.

“Well, you’re a legendary shinigami well known to the shinigami world aren’t you?” Mystery asked.

“Hmm. You can say that,” Undertaker snickered, “But that’s not the situation. Yes, I believe I can do a little prediction for my favorite fairy tale character.”

Mystery stayed quiet as Undertaker messed with a few ingredients. He grabbed a handful of the mixed ingredients and spread it across on his table. Then he grabbed a few bone pieces with black pearled necklace. He moved them around in a circle in a clockwise manner. After a few moments, Undertaker stopped.

“Ah yes. Far from now, I feel happiness for you and Sebastian.” Undertaker said, this time moving the bones and beads counter clockwise now.

He suddenly stopped and turned a little serious.

“But I also feel danger that’s about to come soon. It will affect you, Sebastian, even the young Earl. And there’s something else… Be careful with whatever or whoever you encounter. It could risk something precious to you…”

Mystery stared at Undertaker. Undertaker remained silent as he put the supplies away.

“That’s all I can confirm,” Undertaker turned to her, “I would need a joke for the cost, but I’ll let this one go for free.”

“Thank you, Undertaker. I’ll keep it in mind.” Mystery said.

She turned to leave and began walking to the door until Undertaker stopped her.

“Mystery,” Undertaker said making Mystery look at him, “I’d watch out for the little one. If the shinigami knew you came back to the Human World with demon child growing inside you… well there will be trouble,” he said this while pointing his long finger to her stomach and then brought his finger to his lips, “But don’t you worry, I won’t tell them a thing.”

Mystery couldn’t say anything. But she managed to nod in thanks. She then opened the door and before she left Undertaker said his farewells to her.

It was still raining and Mystery pulled her hood up. She decided to head back home since she was now nervous if any shinigami members saw her. As she walked down the streets, she hid more underneath her cloak. While she was walking quickly, she accidently bumped into somebody. Mystery quickly looked up and saw a girl that looked a year or two younger than her with green eyes, black straight hair, and she wore a wool dress coat that had four symbols on it. Two were red and two were black. One was a Heart, one a Diamond, the other a Club, and the last a Spaid. She also had a hood up as well and wore black tights and boots with many buckles. She looked quite surprised as Mystery.

“I-Im sorry! I didn’t know-” Mystery said but was interrupted.

“No, it’s quite alright. I was in a rush as well so I wasn’t watching where I was going. So, I apologize miss…” the girl stated waiting for her name.

“Mystery,” Mystery replied. The girl smiled.

“Mystery. My name is Alice. Alice Lidell.” Alice replied.

“Nice to have met you, Alice. … I’m sorry but I must be going. Sorry for bumping into you” Mystery said. Alice smiled.

“No hard feelings,” Alice said still smiling.

Mystery turned and ran off down the street. All that time, Alice watched, smile fading. She stared with a frown and an evil glint passed through her green orbs until for a second they flashed a redish pink. She then turned and walked away in the opposite direction.

Mystery sat in her bed leaning against her pillows as she stared at her stomach the whole time. She was starting to feel certain reactions in her stomach area. The baby would be growing at a quick pace; that’s what Sebastian told her.

Her thoughts were broken when Sebastian entered their bedroom. He looked content when he saw her. He reached her bedside and gave her a smile.

“How’s my mate doing?” He asked while sitting beside her. She smiled small at him.

“Pretty well, I guess.” Mystery replied.

Sebastian’s eyes trailed down to her stomach and his hand reached out and placed it on her stomach. He began rubbing it softly. Ever since that night when they both confirmed Mystery was pregnant, Sebastian couldn’t keep his hands off of her belly and give it affection.

Mystery chuckled softly. “So, Sebastian, is my stomach like a cat now so you can pet and cuddle it?”

Sebastian chuckled back at her joke. “No. This is something more important to me than any cat.”

Sebastian then leaned against the pillows now as Mystery laid back against his chest and in between his legs. Sebastian wrapped a blanket around Mystery since she started to shiver from the cold. For the rest of the night, Sebastian held his loved one and his unborn child close to him. Mystery snuggled her head into Sebastian’s chest and her eyes looked down at her stomach. She then rubbed her hand on it. She could only think this:

I hope nothing happens to you…
