The once beautiful sky's of camp Half-blood now seemed to be grey. It was unusual for this time of year, especially considering it had been bright and sunny not long ago.
The downpour of rain grew stronger as clouds of lighting flew in, but many demigods still stayed in the rain, cleaning up as much training equipment as possible to save it.
Among these kids was 12 year old Grover Underwood, a Satyr and soon-to-be protector of many demigods. He helped a few sons of Apollo as they gathered the bows and started to bring them under cover before his eyes caught on to the storm.
Zeus was angry, that's for sure.
Chiron stood under cover, eyes locked on the sky as his worry grew. His attention was taken away by a man running toward him using a case of beer as an umbrella.
"You look ridiculous" he stated as Dionysus joined his side, attempting to use his shirt to dry himself off.
"Thank you for the concern, really appreciate it" Mr. D replied sarcastically as he rolled his eyes, he sighed before looking out at the clouds. "So, what is all this bullshit?" he asked, motioning to the sky.
Chiron didn't answer for a moment, pressing his lips together as he thought for a moment. "Nothing good . . . . " his voice faded out as the sky started to open up a bit, allowing enough light to peak through to illuminate a women walking out of the water. She wasn't drenched though, her perfect white dress still held its flow as her beautiful short blond curls fell over her shoulder. They failed to notice the bundle of cloth she held in her arm.
"Oh my gods" Dionysus breathed out, his eyes focusing enough to see the women's face. "Aphrodite"
She made her way towards the two, the pocket of light following her and protecting her from the rain. Her slow yet smooth movement made him feel as though his knees were going to his out.
Chiron noticed, kicking his ass with one of his back legs to gain his attention. "Get it together!" he strongly spoke.
The women now stood under the cover with them, the light disappeared as the downpour of rain once again appeared around them. Chiron was the first to snap out of his gaze at her, taking a step forward as he lowered his head slightly out of respect. She smiled brightly at the action.
"Aphrodite" he looked back at her, "We weren't prepared for a visit" he attempted to joke but the way her smile fell told his it wasn't the time.
"There has been a change of plans" her smooth voice spoke, walking past them as she placed the bundle of cloth of the table. The two stood slightly behind her peering down on what she held. She removed the top layer of sheet, reviling a small girl with blond hair matching hers. The girl was a toddler and very much had slept through her travels.
