"Hey Scarlett, what are you going into college for? Prostitution." Kelly taunts once again, but before I could say something, the voice that I recognize the most speaks for me. "No, she's going into college to be someone, not like a bitch like you who gets through life is by sucking dick. Maybe you should start studying for your tests instead of giving Mr.Allen sloppy blowjobs." And with that she scoffs flipping her really, really blond hair and left. I laugh, but turn around and quickly throw my arms around Jack. "We did it!!!! We made it!! No more name calling, no more punches, no more KELLY!!" I say laughing with tears streaming down. "We made it, together." I say deepening my face in the crock of his neck taking in his beautiful scent. "I love you Scarlett." I quickly pull away and without thinking I attached our lips together, but pulling away realizing what I did, but playing it cool with excitement. "Love you too Jack." I say playing it cool, even though my insides are burning. "Are you excited for college?" I say rocking back and forward trying to get rid of the thick air of awkwardness. "Hell yeah!! And the best part, is that I get to spend it with my best friend." He says smiling down on me. A part of me was hurt, but I shake it off. I'm not supposed to feel like this, but it's fine, right? "Best friends forever?" I say sticking out my pinky. "Best friends for eternity." He says locking in our pinkies together, while I smile like an idiot. From pinching each other, to becoming best friends, to making it. We got through High school. The bullies, the taunts, the name calling, the punches, the rumors. But we did it together. Never thought It would be him I would be concurring more in my entire life. Wow we made it.
