TRG

There is a saying "the darkest place is under the candle". It means, that in a place where it seems unlikely for anything to be a surprise, a mystery, there is something unknown, that has been looking at us for a long time, laughing, still in hiding. If there were to be an embodiment of such saying, it would be TRG, an organization operating in the shadows of Eiyressia. No one knows about them, about their way of work. Those, who find even the smallest shred of information, which could lead to something bigger than normal, false and twisted rumors, suddenly vanish before the world, as if they never existed.

For many, TRG protects humanity from the unknown, from anything, that may threaten it. They keep all unnatural beings that live from causing chaos and destruction under a tight lock. They do this away from human eyes, so that no one will release them by a mistake, condemning the rest of the world to suffering, caused by releasing one of such beings.

Not all they do, however, is flawless. They led to the return of the god of death back to Reality. Even though they managed to cover the entire mess they made, the toll was taken. They did not answer for anything. All their actions, committed by them, which harmed human life in any way, never received a proper ending.

They operate quietly, without wrecking havoc. As a result, very little is known about them. They work like shadows, suddenly appearing out of nowhere, collecting what they need or is necessary to obtain, and then they vanish. Any outsiders, who could notice something, can never recall what happened, or they disappear with the interest of the organization.

Although they are called the protectors of humanity, death constantly follows them. They defend humanity, shedding not only their blood, but that of the innocent too. All attempts of finding their headquarters or a place, where TRG could reside, always end without fruition. Great humans, politicians, who thunder, that the time of freedom for hidden in the shadows is over, fall silent unexpectedly, when it's time to talk about TRG. They change the subject, just as if they don't know, what is being discussed.

Some will say, that they are nothing more, than bribed traitors, spitting on their own ideals, as long as the organization which doesn't want to be revealed, isn't harmed. They will keep their word, in every aspect, expect this one. They will achieve all they promised, without stirring the waters. The truth may be that, just like the rest of people, they are afraid of consequences, which would come from messing with such an organization. Even the high rank, that they could have in any country, would not protect them from danger. No one is safe, TRG will catch anyone, who tries to find them.

However, not everything they do, is away from the eyes of the public. Some things, are too big, to remain unnoticed. The greatest of such events, was the return of the god of death and the duel of an undead with him. On its own, the duel gave life to many tales, circulating around the world, telling about such an unnatural fight. It is one of the biggest events to have spread out to outside world, although many are also known and still talked about.

The way they work, in itself, makes it necessary for them, to intervene at certain moments, stepping out of shadows. In such cases, they try to keep their interactions with the outside world to minimum. They also try to mask in as state organizations, wanting to fool unwanted eyes.

Nobody reacts to this in any way. TRG can blend in as anybody and nothing will be done about it. Another saying, which works with their goals — "one hand washes the other". For those, from whom an unwanted threat will be removed are not bothered if somebody pretends to be a part of their country. Just as much, as the organization will gladly avoid detection, staying away from the rest of humanity.

They protect the world, that's for sure. They will do all in their power, so that other can sleep safe during the night. Their actions, although sincere and well-intended may lead to catastrophic results. Anyone, who tries to resist against them, will be silenced. Any information, that is revealed to world, will be found. Anyone, who tries to find out anything about them, will be crushed.

After all, what is a couple of deaths, if the world remains safe?
