Eccentric Psychopath Student 1
"It's time to stop, Adin."
Adin has always broken all kinds of rules. But now, he couldn't even get that earnest plea out of his head. He was entitled to everything. He has every right to jump ahead of the line in everything and have little regard for others.
Why? Why now?
Why is he hesitating to do everything he has down before now?
He shouldn't take responsibility. They should be the ones to take it!
He was never wrong. He has never been wrong!
Rather they are to blame for his mishaps.
But now...
He can't help but accept the blame.
He felt cornered, but even after admitting his fault, this is the first time he has ever felt regret, guilt, or remorse.
"Damn it."
He was supposed to be in command, but...
*Recalling everyone's stares*
It gave him chills. He should not be affected. He should not be hesitating. He should be attempting to destroy that teacher in order to restore the utopia he once created.
"It's time to stop, Adin."
*Slam!*
What went wrong?
The previous dolls he created are telling him they can't be his dolls anymore.
He was supposed to be everything! It's because they're ignorant! Failures!
Aren't you a failure too?
He stopped and gazed at the Black King piece that was still standing proud on the ruined chess board.
It's as if I were staring at him.
Aren't you tired, Adin?
His pupils dilated as he replayed the question in his mind. He remembered a happy and simple time when he was a 'normal' boy. He remembers playing around with everyone and laughing with them.
None of the smiles and laughter he shared with them were phony.
He was well aware.
He had known from the start.
But...
"I am supposed to be the perfect being among them, the king; I should—"
Were you truly satisfied?
He didn't even know what to do now.
He just wanted to end it all.

Cale dropped by Soohyuk's diner that day. Of course, he was disappointed that his problems had become public.
"What happened? You have never come here unless you are having a problem," Soohyuk inquired. They shut down the shop early and started drinking with the redhead. They are lucky that their alcohol tolerance is high enough to take on this redhead jerk.
"I honestly do not know what to do with one of my students," Cale admitted.
He knew from the beginning, even before assuming command of the F-Class, that Adin had some way of controlling the entire class and making it to his haven. He was well aware that he had brilliantly kept himself undetected, but some secrets he could no longer keep.
