"Why don't you respect me, Raphael?" Because he hadn't been getting death tributes from King Raphael lately, Hades, the god of death, questioned him.
Raphael cried out, "Lord, I know you are furious but I don't know what to do, I cannot kill the people of our village and use them as sacrifices to you."
"I'm the deity of death, and I want offerings from you," The gods uttered,
"What should I do, Lord? Raphael queried:
The gods appeared in his front saying, "Give me a sacrifice, or else I will use you as my sacrifice," and vanished. At that moment, King Raphael awoke and found out it was a dream, however, the message was real.
Misting Town is a difficult town. When it comes to physical combat, the Axe tribe is the strongest, yet Misting Town's troops would never lose to the Axe tribe. Since they can revive the dead, fighting the soldiers of Misting Town is like trying to clean the floor in the pouring rain because the more they die, the more they return to life.
As the god of death, Hades requests sacrifices from the ruler of Misting Town, the only sacrifice he will take is the sacrifice of death.
King Raphael decided to sacrifice residents of another town out of desperation since the gods demanded death sacrifices and there was no way he could offer his people. Because they were the least powerful tribe in Don Ridden, the Peaceful tribe was his main aim. However, in Don Ridden, all the tribes got along well, so it wouldn't be so simple for the Misting town soldiers to enter another tribe and abduct its members.
Because of the god they worshipped, the Tribe of Bermuda is the most feared. Other Tribes were being careful with them because they anticipated that their god would eventually make a tough choice that would have an impact on them. Later on that day, King Raphael gave his troop commander a call and instructed him to make plans for his men to raid the peaceful tribe and kidnap people particularly maidens so that he might use them as sacrifices. King Raphael and the commander didn't want to do it, but they were forced to since the gods of Misting Town would murder them if they didn't.
The commander had already set up his troops for the attack when darkness fell, but Raphael halted them since he couldn't risk having his reputation damaged in such a way.
After a few days, the residents of Misting Town started to complain that many of their loved ones were getting sick and dying, the town's luminous diamond had ceased gleaming, and the rivers had dried up since they had declined to offer Hades a sacrifice.
King Raphael was in such despair because he didn't know what to do. He begged the gods to spare his people, but they required that sacrifices be made for him; as a result, he was forced to attack Don Ridden's weakest tribe, the peaceful tribe.
At North Kadi
One evening, soldiers from Misting town arrived riding on a horse with cages fastened to them. As the residents of North Kadi were going about their daily lives, the people in North Kadi didn't react when they arrived since they weren't concerned about them until the Misting Town soldiers began abducting their citizens, particularly girls. Because North Kadi was the least powerful village in Don Ridden, people started to flee and no one was there to fight for them.
AT THE PALACE...
A guard barged into the palace as King Orion and Abigail were discussing inside.
He declared, "Your Majesty, Your Majesty, soldiers of Misting town are attacking our people,"
"Misting town?" King Orion asked surprisingly because he didn't think King Raphael was capable of such a thing. Abigail panicked and grew frightened. King Orion ordered the guards to quickly close the castle's gates after which they did so.
Abigail remarked, "Father, I'm scared."
He told her, "Don't be afraid child, go to your chambers and lock the door," and she immediately hurried inside her room and did as he instructed.
Some troops from Misting town arrived at the castle during the attack and started pounding on the gates. The castle's guards were so terrified that they wanted to flee. Finally, the soldiers of Misting town managed to open the gates, kill the guards, and enter the castle where they captured the castle maids. They were entering chambers and taking people hostage.
THE CHAMBERS OF ABIGAIL
Abigail ran behind her bed because she was so terrified. She was hiding when a guard broke the door's lock and entered her room.
She begged with tears streaming from her eyes, "Please, please don't hurt me,"
The guard replied, "No, I won't harm you; I'm a guard at this castle,"
When he revealed that he worked as a guard at the castle, Abigail felt a little more at ease. "Okay, okay," she whispered and wiped the tears from her eyes.
The guard responded, "Abigail, you're going to aid us in combating these soldiers."
"Are you crazy? How would I carry that out? Abigail asked, looking at the guard like he was a fool.
To make it difficult for the troops from Misting town to enter, the guard hurried to the door and checked to make sure no one was approaching before closing it and pushing her bed against the door.
He said, "Abigail, I know it's hard to believe but you are a witch, you have the power to stop this madness,"
"What in the name of the gods are you talking about?" Abigail asked,
Before Abigail could say anything else, he said, "It's difficult to explain, but I implore you to believe me,". Immediately after he said this, a soldier from misting town tried to open the door but found it difficult; finally, he requested assistance and managed to do it. The guard inside the room with Abigail attempted to fight the Misting Town soldiers as soon as they entered, but one of them stabbed him and kidnapped Abigail instead.
"Let me go," she pleaded, but the soldiers from Misting town pulled her from the castle and imprisoned her in the cage they had brought, after which they returned to Misting town with her and all the other abducted people.
