~ Months passed by of them still being alone, in the middle of nowhere. Snow kept taking care of her, while Lucy continued to be as stubborn as ever.~

Coriolanus couldn't have imagined that this would be his life now.

Every day is the same. Him looking after her. He can't remember the last time he felt comfortable enough to just relax.

He's always on edge, checking to make sure she won't run off or do anything unnecessary.

He's also never sure how she's feeling during any moment. Is she mad? Is she bored? Is she alright?

Even her face is now unreadable to him, like a puzzle he's trying to solve daily with no success.

She indeed had some attempts of trying to kill herself, because she still thought "dying was the best option". After so many failed ones, she gave up eventually, but she still refused some times to do what he told her to do.

Coriolanus has had so many close calls that he can't count them anymore. There were several situations when this girl could have died because of her reckless behavior.

It's terrifying.

The fact that she seems to refuse her own wellbeing now is a whole other issue.

He has tried so many times to convince her to stay alive, but nothing has worked so far and he's starting to think it never will.

He tries not to let her see how much it hurts him to see her like this, even though he watched her make stupid and reckless decisions with absolutely no fear.

It's true that she's more stable now, her wounds are almost healed up and she can even walk by herself some steps. But her sickness got even worse.

Sometimes Coriolanus looks at her when she's asleep, and his heart sinks every time when seeing her.

It's too often that her breathing becomes too weak and shallow. Her skin gets deathly pale, her eyes look hollow, and she doesn't move from her spot for hours on end.

There were many times when he thought he would lose her, but somehow she made it.She was like a ghost, trying her hardest to not be around for too long. But, for some reason, she held on to life long enough to make it through another night.

He can't understand this girl. She's one big contradiction, always doing the opposite of what he expects.

It was clearly that if he wanted her to live, he needed someone's help. And he had the perfect idea. Even though it meant that she was probably going to hate him after that.

Coriolanus knew deep inside what he had to do to save her. He thought about it so many times that it became a part of his life now.

He's scared what her reaction might be, of course, but keeping her alive is more important right now.

He hopes that she will understand.
