Backround Info

Sam and colby have been openly dating for a year now. It is their 1 year anniversary today.

Setting

Colby is awake very early. He is very excited about today and is going to wake Sam up.

Sam's P.O.V.

"Samuel!" Colby yelled. I shot up. What time is it and why is Colby yelling? I thought frantically. I got up to check the time. 5:30!! Why is he up so early?! I thought for the few moments I had before he came running into my room and jumping on to my bed next to me. "Good morning" Colby said with a smile. Witch confused me because he was yelling in a stern voice. "Good morning, but why are you up so early and more importantly why are you yelling? Also happy anniversary!" I said. "I have an answer for both of you questions. 1st I was yelling to wake you up. 2nd I am up early because yeah it's our anniversary. Happy anniversary babe." He said with a smile that made me smile. "Come on" he said getting up from my bed and jumping up and down then running out of the room. I left the room and walk downstairs. I saw Colby sitting on the couch with a cup of coffee. One in his hand and one on the coffee table. "Who did you get down here so fast. I left the room 2 seconds after you." I said. This is my 4th cup of coffee today. I need a lot of energy to- nevermind." He said with a smile. "To what?" I asked curiously. "You will find out when it's time. Here drink this" he said handing me the cup on the table. "Hold on I'll be right back.' I said running up the stairs. "Ok" Colby said happily.

Colby's P.O.V.

"Ok" I said still siting on the couch. I watch Sam run up the stairs and running back down 10 seconds latter. In his hands he has a box with blue wrapping paper with koalas on it. "Here you go" he said handing I to me. "Aww, this is so cute" I say taking  a koala holding a heart out of the box. "I love it" I say joyfully. "My turn." I say.

Sam's P.O.V.

Colby gets up fast and runs to the kitchen. He comes out walking slower then before be careful to to drop whatever is in side. "Here." He said quietly gently placing it couch. There is a lot of small holes poked on the side. I open the box slowly. I opening to see a small sleeping cat in it. "Aww. Colby it's so cute" I say picking up the cat and placeing the box on the floor. "I'm glad you like it" colby said brightly smiling. "I love you" I say making eye contact with Colby. We hold it for a little bit, but the cat starts to wake up and we get up to feed her. "What should we name her?" Colby asks. "How about... Solby." I say looking up at Colby. "Solby, I think I like that." I give him a small kiss on the lips. I love you" Colby said. "I love you too" I said back.
