After Alice was questioned by the cops, she entered her house once again. She couldn't stop tearing up knowing about the fact that her old chum, Mrs. Bertha, was now dead. And the thing that really made her tears roll down her cheeks more was that she died in a gruesome way, she was murdered brutally. There were knife stabs and ugly bruises all over her body.

Mia sat down to her couch, and continued crying. She reminisced all those days when Mrs. Bertha would bake her goodies and entertain her with her crappy jokes. She was almost like her second mother and she genuinely cares for her.

Alice Mia wiped her cheeks using her sleeve, and went to grab a glass of water that might help soothe down her emotions when her eyes suddenly spot a subtle faint red streak along her window.

She went to get a closer look. And as a nurse, she immediately identified it as blood. And the odd thing is, it spelled letters.

It said, "You saw me." in a scratchy hand-writing.

Every single thing just suddenly clicked!

She didn't watch something that was playing on her TV last night. She looked through her window! It was her window! She saw with her own, two eyes how Mrs. Bertha was killed.

"So maybe that's why it all looked so realistic," Alice managed to utter through her quivering lips.

She shivered with fear, knowing that she no longer is safe.
