The Surprise and Radial Mast

“Do not worry, Stellar. Everyone has already informed me of the situation. I feel the child is well. But you cannot be carrying her for as long as you have. She will have to be put in an incubation chamber. And you will be unable to continue your adventures until you feel you’re ready to go.” Ikora said with a stern look.
Stellar looked sad that her adventures with her friends will be delayed for a hot minute, but she also knew she would need to. Dracul squeezed her hand lightly. He would be by her side. Anarchy, Sola, Moon, and Ele all stayed by the room Stellar and Dracul were in.

After a while, Dracul walked out. He looked tired.

"Complete this mission without us. I know Stellar is the Cryptarch of us. But she won't be able to focus on all of that, considering how much we need her." 

Sola got up and pushed Dracul into the door violently.

"You did this to her! You should have never gotten her pregnant!"

Anarchy got between the two and Moon pushed Sola back carefully. Dracul stood in silence, his red eyes.. glowing?

"Sola, now isn't the time to act like a child." Moon said softly. "But your sister is there with your niece. And you need to behave."

Sola stared down at Moon and looked back at Dracul, his eyes still glowing.. Anarchy was talking to him, making sure he was ok. Ele stayed silent and took Moon and Sola away.

Dracul opened the door and held it open. Anarchy stepped in.

"Hey little light, you ok?"

Anarchy asked Stellar. He pulled a chair next to her bed and sat down. Dracul sat on the bed carefully.

"Yea.. I heard the commotion from here. I'm so sorry about my brother."

Stellar said worriedly.

Dracul shook his head, holding her hand.

"Do not apologize for his actions. It isn't your fault he decided to act out of violence."

Anarchy nodded.

"The best you can do is rest up."

He noticed her bump was gone.

"Guessing they put her in an incubation chamber? Why isn't she in here with you?"

"They took her away to get cleaned. It was nearly time for her to come out anyway. I just held her in longer than needed." She said, her face bright red with embarrassment. "We have to finish up the mission with the others. It's best to not keep them waiting." 

She started to sit up. Dracul stopped her and kissed her cheek. "Do not be embarrassed. But we also cannot rush your recovery. You need to rest. I am not going anywhere."

Stellar sighed and laid back down.

"You're right, but still. I know my brother cannot cooperate with Moon and Ele without me. Moon can get him to listen decently well." 

"Dracul, I hope you aren't leaving the little light to herself. She needs you." Anarchy said. "I know Sola annoyed you, I saw those eyes of yours."

Dracul looked away, unsure of what to say. He spoke after a moment. 

"My eyes. Yes. Of course. Can't hide anything because of them." He covered the right side of his face with a smile. "Do not worry.” He uncovered his face and continued. “I don't plan on leaving my amante by herself. She's everything to me."

Anarchy smiled, standing and putting his hand on Dracul's shoulder. "When she is outta here, I'll help you both complete this. You need to rest. We go non-stop, we have gone non-stop for years. Rest. Take this time to enjoy each other. Without stress." He reached down to rub her head. "Rest well, little light."
