Udaipur high Court,

We are gathered here for the temporary custody of minor Mr abhir birla. The contender are biological mother Mrs akshara sharma and her husband Mr abhinav sharma and another is biological father Mr abhimanyu birla.

Judge Mrs. Brar declared with such conviction that there was no doubt who commanded to the court room.

The contender in question were seated on opposite side of the courtroom in the front row, akshnav along with goenkas Abhimanyu along with manjari and other birlas sat on opposite side. Bijoy and aasha also join akshnav and team.

Akshara was ready to present her case in front of the judge and Abhimanyu's lawyer too was also full prepared.

Judge - you may start with proceedings.

The proceedings began. Both the lawyers made their respective cases. Abhimanyu's lawyer put a picture of poor abhimanyu who just meet his child now wanted to spend time with him and pour his whole love on the other side akshara put a picture of akshnav family picture and show how happy abhir is with abhinav . She also present how abhinav's business expand and how they are financially strong now to give best upbringing to their son.

Abhimanyu's lawyer (Al): so Mr. Sharma mujhe ek baat batao ki 2 saal mein aap achanak itne amir kaise ban gaye. I doubt koi illegal yaa koi fraud kar ke tho nahi kamai honge so that abhir birla ka custody aap ko mila *sarcastically"

Ak: so Mr. Bansal aap ke paas proof hai ki mere husband ne koi fraud kia ho ????

Al: same like aap ke paas proof hai Mrs. Sharma ki aap ka husband ne koi fraud nah Kia ho

Ak: hai. My lord mere husband ka har emi, fd, savings, business ke liye loan ke proofs, business expanding, unki business details, unke profits, loss sabh kuch aap ke adalat mein diya gaya hai aap ke samne aap check kar ke bata sakte agar koi fraud yaa illegal activities hua hai tho
