Flying through the stars, a lone ship was flying aimlessly with no destination in mind. The ship was no ordinary ship for it is more advanced than those on planet Earth. This is a Cybertronian ship owned by one of the remaining wreckers on the planet Cybertron.
Inside the ship and on the pilot seat, a lone cybertronian with unique coloration of white, red and green with hints of silver and gray accents set the systems on autopilot as he leaned back in his seat tiredly with a heavy vent as he shut his optics a little.
It feels like forever since the war on Cybertron ended about a year ago and when... Optimus sacrificed himself to ensure the future of a new generation on their planet. One that will grow into peace and prosperity and he felt guilty for not getting the Allspark to the well and that Optimus had to do what was necessary to save them all and trap Unicron in the Reliquary of the Primes.
"Prime, frag it... Why did you gone and done it...?" He muttered tiredly.
He still remembered his leader's last words. As if it only happened yesterday.
"Above all, do not lament my absence. For in my spark, I know that this is not the end, but merely a new beginning. Simply put, another transformation."
He shook his helm and went to the back of the newly repaired Jackhammer to get some Energon to refuel. He wanted to help with repairs after the day Optimus became one with the Allspark but Ultra Magnus forbade him out of worry and concern for him and advised him to go on a flight to clear his head. He wanted to protest but Ultra Magnus insisted that he should and that during his flight, he might bump into friendly faces along the way. He reluctantly agreed and took off after the Jackhammer was retrieved from Earth and repaired on Cybertron after a month.
So here he is. Three months in his ship and haven't found or bump into friendly faces aside from a small mild fight against some Decepticons which was led by Starscream's two brothers. Which he thankfully won after getting it through their processors that the war is over.
His sensors alerted him from his thoughts and half through his refueling and put a cube or so into his subspace as he immediately went to check it out. His sensors are detecting an untapped Energon deposit on an unknown planet just ahead.
"An Energon deposit, huh? Might as well check it out." He muttered as he sat down and set the ship on pilot mode and drove the ship towards the planet.
His scanners were picking up a large amount of Energon on the planet the closer he got but for some reason something in the back of his processor was sending red flags that he shouldn't check it out without back up which almost made him scoff in amusement. Wreckers don't call for backup, they call for cleanup.
Just as he arrived at the orbit of the planet, a familiar vortex appeared which started to suck him in. His optics widened as he quickly piloted the ship around to get away but the vortex was proving to be too strong and knowing that he probably won't be able to get away, he sent a distress signal to Cybertron and hopefully that the gang might get his message.
"Scrap! If I don't make it, I hope they'll get the signal." He gritted his dentas and strained to get the ship to keep going but his detectors sensed that something was coming and it was too late before he knew it.
Something big hit the front of the Jackhammer and sent him towards the vortex which made him grunt loudly from impact. The ship entered the vortex as it started to tumble around as he was tossed off his seat. He tried to get his bearings but the tumbling of the ship was making it hard and making him fall back against the closed ramp but upon doing so, his servo hit the switch on the side and caused it to slowly open. He held on as some of his grenades were sucked through the very end of the vortex as well as some Energon.
The suction of the vortex seemed to have grown stronger and he felt his grip slipping.
'Sorry, guys, I don't think I'll be able to come back from this.' He thought as his grip let go and he was sent through the vortex as he saw his ship falling with him.
He tumbled around inside the vortex but something in his frame was burning and causing a scream of pain to be ripped out of his vocal processor and causing him to black out just as he hit something cold and wet.
He doesn't know what happened next but he felt like he was laying on something that felt like rubble or rocks. He opened his optics weakly to see something landing in front of him. It was blurry but it looked organic and the last thing he saw was a pair of yellow eyes before he blacked out again.

Just a heads up, I'll only be able to post five chapters or so at a time for this one. Working on The Super Mario Bros Movie Plot as well as the sequel for it is eating my time but I'll try my best to publish. So be patient and you'll be rewarded.
