Magnus and alec left the hospital once Mary's daughter reached there to take care of her … alec was too sleepy it's almost 9 pm, so magnus took alec to the cab

Magnus :Alec!!!! wake up!!! (he patted alec's shoulder when they reach their apartment)

Alec was in dead sleep, he was leaning on Magnus' shoulder .. Magnus shook him again, Alec looked around and realized that they had reached home… he looked at Magnus and he still looked upset…

Alec :are you still upset with me??? (he asked sleepily)

Magnus shook his head as" no "

Alec :Then take me home… (magnus smiled when he saw alec flapping his hand in the air like a little kid )

He took Alec in his arms like a bridal style.. Alec locked his hand around Magnus' neck and continued his sleep by burying his face on Magnus' neck.. He carried him to the bed and helped him to lay on the bed. He took Alec's pants but he couldn't take his shirt… Alec is too sleepy to cooperate.. So he left him like that.. He was about to leave because he definitely needed a shower after a long shift but Alec stopped him by holding his wrist..

Alec:I know!! what I did was wrong…. Hiding things from you wasn't good.. But….. I am sorry.. I felt ignored magnus.. pls sleep with me!!! (he managed to say in between some slurry talks)

Magnus took his t-shirt off, he crawled on top of Alec and lay on his stomach .. He make himself small in top of him, his leg is half folded on alecs waist line, wrapping his hand around alec's upper body and held him tight , he buried his face in alec's chest right next to his heart, so he can hear his heartbeat and think that he is real in his life… he snuggle more and more but he couldn't help his tears from falling down.. He wiped it away before it could touch alec's chest which is covered by thin fabric

He drifted into sleep thinking about all his beautiful memories with alec…

Richard :Are there any problems other than headaches Mr. Alec???

Alec:no doctor.. Nothing else

Magnus was standing behind alec's chair

Dr. Richard nodded and proceeded with his checkup, he checked for signs of any defect, he looked at his tongue and checked for his orientation.. Everything was fine..

Richard :Okay magnus!!!! Let's take some scans. Like a simple one, don't panic Mr. Alec.. just CT and MRI like that .. If I am right we will get what is your problem.. It's definitely because of an accidental injury which happened … What ?? (he checked in the report file) mm.. 5 months back.. So whatever it is, it wouldn't be that problematic.. It's a really short period of time…

Alec and Magnus nodded and took the case files.. They both thank Richard and left for further scan

Alec :magnus I have meeting… have to go!!!! (he complains when magnus drag him to the radiology room)

Magnus :shut up.. If you admit it earlier it wouldn't be this much of a problem right now (he saw alec's face reaction changes) I am sorry… just 10 minutes alec… I will collect the reports by evening… okay!!!... Pls (he asked with pleading eyes which alec can easily melt)

Alec :You know how to get things from me… Okay! but under one condition.. (he grin)

Magnus :what?? (he raised his eyebrows)

Alec :you haven't kissed me since yesterday!!!! (he said folding his hands in front of his chest)

Magnus :you said you are getting late

Alec :not for this (he said with a smirk)

Magnus :We are in front of the scanning room and you are asking….. Okay (he looked side to side and pulled Alec by his collar and smooch his lips… Alec smiled when Magnus licked his lips, he parted his lips for Magnus, Magnus lips and tongue was welcomed by his favorite warmth … he started to kiss lovingly.Alec held Magnus closer by pulling him by his waist. Magnus breaks the kiss by sucking Alec's lower lips for one last time , he is still closing his eyes..

Alec :I just ask you for a kiss , not for a makeouts.. But it's refreshing ( he took his own lips and look down through his lashes to make sure it had a mark)

Magnus chuckled and dragged him into the room…

They took a scan and Alec felt little pressure and pain in his head… Magnus ran towards alec when they finished with scanning

Magnus :still hurts???? (he rubbed alec head)

Alec shook his head as "no "

Magnus nodded in return..

Alec :Is there something wrong with me??? Even if it's wrong or something is gonna happen to me. Trust me I am really okay with it… I had the most beautiful memories of life even if it's for a few months, I lived happily with you.. I had everything with you… I felt complete.. It's like I have lived 40 - 50 yrs of married life with you… I am ready to take whatever comes in my way..

Magnus' eyes start to get wet but he pulls Alec to his chest, hugs him tight, he strokes his back) it's nothing like that.. Everything will be fine.. I am not done with you Alexander.. I need a few more centuries with you… And whatever comes in "our way" we'll face it together… I am not going anywhere.. I will never leave your side..

They both hugged each other as tight as possible…

Alec :i think I have a meeting (he said to change the mood)

Magnus :you think??? (he patted alec shoulder and pushed him away) bye

Alec mouthed a flying kiss and left..

The moment Magnus saw Alec's report, he was nervous and curious at the same time… but the first thing he prayed to God for was that he wanted all his medical knowledge to be fake.. First time in his life he hated himself for being a doctor right now…

Bunch of possibilities are running in his mind on seeing the report . He kept walking without his knowledge, his legs reaching Dr. Richard's room…. He knock the door

Stefanie :Dr.magnus!!!! You want to see Dr. Richard??? But he was about to leave..

Magnus :Stefanie pls!! It's something personal… can you…… can you pls…( he was stuttering)

Stefanie :It's okay Doct.i can arrange to relax!!!

When he saw Dr. Richard he handed the file to him..

Richard :What happened??? You look worried.. (he opened the file)

Magnus:tell me I am wrong (he breathed heavily)

Richard :No you are not… yes it is a retained clot.. Might be late post traumatic injury… it's not that complicated, it's small, we can operate… but the problem is its located nearer to the blood vessels… if he gives too much stress or pressure it might burst and it will become very dangerous to alec.. So it's better we operate it soon..

Magnus :just nodded…

Richard :don't force him, just explain in a simple way, and try to convince him or else bring him. I will talk with him… it will be fine soon , magnus..

Magnus nodded and was about to leave

Richard :magnus!!! You know there will be some postoperative complications right???

Magnus :that's what I am afraid of(tears struggling to drop from his eyes)

Richard walks towards him

Richard :Look, you know the situation.. It's nearer to the most important part of the human body… so I am not saying it will definitely happen but there might be a chance… it's okay to lose something little to save alec's life.. Convince him as soon as possible

Magnus :yes.. It's just something little ( he wiped his tears away) I will bring him within 2 days
