Hey guys I'm switching the POV from third to first person just because I feel like y'all will get a better understanding of what characters are feeling and it will be easier to keep track of who's POV it is. It might change again if I end up not liking it. There's mentions of anxiety and loss of appetite due to anxiety further into this chapter. I will put a TW for that at the beginning and end of the section that they're in.

Lizzie's POV

After buckling my seatbelt, I handed the cord that connects to Apple Car play to Scar. "Here, can you put in the address for the place you're staying at? You can put on some music too if you want." Scarlett decided to join me on my flight back to LA. She mainly lives in NYC with her husband and kids, so whenever she's filming, she rents a small house in the area. I have told her so many times that she is more than welcome to stay with me, but she likes her space.

After Scar pulled up directions to her place, she didn't have time to play a song before she got a call. "Oh it's your girl!"

"Shut up Scar! We've been over this so many times." I swear Scarlett hasn't stopped teasing me about the chemistry test I had with Taylor. I don't know why it's bothering me more than usual because she does this every time my character IN ANY MOVIE has a love interest. But it's seriously getting on my nerves this time.

Scarlett just lightly laughed off my outburst and answered the phone. "Hey Tay! I'm in the car with Lizzie by the way."

"Hey Scarlett! Can Lizzie hear me?" Taylor's melodical voice came through the speakers. "I wanna say hi!"

A girlish giggle escaped my mouth. What the fuck was that. "Hey Tay, yeah I can hear you!"

"Oh good! Did you get my text earlier?" We have been texting a lot over the past week. Mostly about our thoughts on the script and how we want to go about some scenes, but sometimes our conversations ended up spiraling into other topics.

"Uh, no. I haven't had a chance to look at my phone since we got off the plane. Why is it important?" I was pretty curious because I spent the long plane ride reading the rest of the script and came across a scene that left me pretty flustered. I really hope the text isn't about that. "Um, have you read any more of the script since we last talked?"

"No no it's just a TikTok about a cat. And uh no I haven't read anything more. Why does something happen that I should look out for?"

"Uhhh," my voice came out very high pitched. "No, just wondering."

"I'm still here ya know?" Scarlett injected.

"Oh yea sorry Scar. I was just calling to talk about the photoshoot for the Outset from a few weeks ago. The one with Gracie." They went on to talk about that while I continued to drive Scar to her house.

"Now that I have both of you. I can tease you both at the same time! This is much more efficient!" Scarlett looked over at me smirking

"Scarlett don't you dare start. I will pull over and ditch you on the side of the highway." I can't believe she is going to do this right now.

"What? I was just gonna talk about how much fun you guys had last week!"

"Has she been doing this to you all week? Because Gracie and Ashley have not stopped either!" Taylor complained over the phone.

"YES! Nonstop! I swear at least once a day."

"Alright alright guys I get it! I'll tone it down, jeez." Scarlett dramatically sighed and stuck her tongue out at me. I swear sometimes she forgets she's a grown woman. "Actually I wanted to see if you guys wanted to have a girls night tomorrow after the first table read."
