chapter 3 - The avengers.

I quickly hid behind wanda and wrapped my arms around her waist. "Y/N they won't hurt you! I won't let them!" She said playfully. I let a small giggle yet still hid.

The first to appear was clint. "Oh y/n! You favorite soulmate is back!" He said in a sing-song voice. My face instantly lightened. I moved and stood next to wanda. "Clint!" I smiled. He ran towards me and then hugged me.
"Okay, the rest of your soulmates are gonna come in one by one is that okay with you?" He asked. I simply nodded nervously. He kissed my forehead and sat down i then watched as a tall blonde haired man holding a shield came in.

I quickly held wandas hand and tightly squeezed it. "I'm Steve rogers. And your y/n correct?" He asked. I nodded, "well nice to meet you y/n." He smiled. My shoulder mark began to tingle. his smile was soft and kind looking. I smiled back at him and accepted him. He was a bit shocked yet accepted me back. "Thank you darling." I blushed at his nickname for me. "Next can come in!"

Then a tall man with a red and yellow suit walked in. "I thought it would take longer for you to accept capsical. Anyways I'm Tony, Tony Stark." He said while he took his helmet off. "I'm y/n y/l/n." I said nervously. "Nice to meet you y/n." He said while kissing the back of my hand, I felt my face turning red. "Never knew tony could be so old fashioned." Clint added. "Shut up katniss!" Tony replied. I let out a small giggle at their fighting.

In reply I accepted Tony. "There you go tony." I said smiling. "Thank you bunny!" He said while sitting next to Steve.

[TIME SKIP BC WE WILL BE HERE ALL WEEK IF I SAY EVERYONES NAME AND STUFF- ps she already accepted them-]

We had one one last person to go through. Yet when I counted i only counted 10.. "Is this everyone?" I asked concerned. "Oh! No strange is doing some multi verse shit, and thor and loki are still in asgard." Tony replied. I nodded and waited for the last person to come in. When he walked in my heart dropped.

Is that... bucky?. "Doll?" He asked. "Bucky?." I mumbled. "Shit, doll its you!" He said while rushing over to me. I pushed him off. "Dont touch me!" I yelled. Quickly wanda protected me. "Bucky I don't know what the hell you did but if you hurt her I will kill you." I felt another panic attack coming. My breathing became heavy and I slowly fell to the ground. I hugged my knees and began to cry.

Peter rushed over to me so did Natasha and tony. "Hey y/n look at me. Breath." Tony began. I tried to breath but everything was so blurry because of the tears and I was just so angry. Peter then hugged me tight. "Doll let me explain-" I heard bucky begin. "Bucky she needs time-" Steve said while placing a hand on his shoulder. After a bit my breathing evened out. "I-im better." I said slowly. "Can you tell us whats going on?" Natasha asked.

I nodded. "Can we go somewhere else though?.." I asked. "Yeah okay- JARVIS please take us back to the tower." Tony yelled. I felt the ship start moving and flying. "I don't want to see bucky.." I whispered into wandas ear. "Lets go into the bathroom. It'll get you away from everything." Wanda suggested, I just replied with a nod.

We both went into the huge bathroom and sat down "I know its hard but can you tell me whats going on?" I took a deep breath and began telling the story..

- Flashback - [you are 10 in the flashback :3]

"Oh bucky! Your back! How was your first mission!" You asked. "Ah my small tiny doll. It was good! I managed to bring you back some cake!" Your eyes widened. "Happy birthday doll." Younger bucky said while placing down the cake. "Thank you bucky!!" You yelled exited and happy. Bucky began to sing the birthday song. "Happy birthday to you~ happy birthday to you!~ happy birthday dear y/n happy birthday to... YOU!" He sang, once it got to the end he quickly tickled you causing you to laugh. [Ps- people don't get the soulmarks till your 10!!] "I got you a present doll." You smiled happily and grabbed the neatly wrapped present from buckys hand. When you opened it you saw a smooth and nice journal. "Its to keep track of everything!" He said. You quickly jumped on him and hugged him tight " thank you bucky!"

[Pause of flashback]

"I'm confused.. your mad at him because he gave you birthday stuff?" Wanda asked confused. "Will you let me finish?" You said in a jokingly tone. She nodded.

[Flashback resumed]
Two gaurds came in the room and took bucky away. They took him into a all white room. You didn't notice anything different from the normal routine until you heard screams from the gaurds. You watched as bucky ran out of the room he glanced at you but overall chose to leave you. He ran outside of the hydra base and took one of the gaurds cars and left. Once he left all of the tests would go to you. Instead of the test being evenly split you had much more torture and pain. And to make it worse they punished you for buckys escape..

[End of flashback/story

"Y/n... im so sorry I didn't know that happend." She said while combing you hair with her fingers. "Its not your fault, I'm just still a little upset at bucky.. but I'm just overreacting I mean hes still my soulmate." I mumbled. "No hunny. You have every right to be upset. Now stay here ill be right back." I watched her leave and close the door behind her.
