chapter 14 - Misunderstanding?

I woke up at 11:30 my head pounding. "Wade, I'm leaving." I said while flicking around the car keys. "Whatever im gonna go back to sleep, text me!-" he said before drifting back to sleep. I sighed and left his room, I saw the blind lady sitting on the couch watching TV. "I'm leaving bye!" I said smiling to her. "Okay dear!" She smiled. I quickly left and drove to the tower, I sighed and turned up the music trying to get away from life.

I pulled up to the tower and Parked the car. I got out and saw a very concerned team standing in the entrance waiting. "Y/n!" Wanda screamed. I looked down,

See you useless child, you made them mad.

I shook off the thoughts and rushed towards wanda and hugged her tight. 

Gosh I just need a break..

I thought to myself. "Could we talk about this later?.." I asked hesitantly.  "What?! No!" Tony yelled. "I mean.. its not a terrible idea." Wanda pitched in.
Tony sighed and rubbed his temples, "Fucking hell fine!" He yelled. I smiled and sighed. I ran into the elevator and into my room. I layed flat on the bed and looked up at the ceiling. Soon after I heard a few knocks on the door. "Come in." I said while sitting up. "Y/n!" Pietro said.

"Pietro!" I said running and hugging him. "Sooo-" he began. "Nope nope nope! We are not talking about yesterday." I said cutting him off  quickly. "Well I tried!" He said while throwing his hands up. I sighed, "fine, but if i tell you this I don't have to have the little heart to heart convo with tony and everyone else." I said, he threw his head back. "Ugh fine!" He said as he looked back at me.

"Well basically.. while I was grocery shopping I met this guy." I began, I watched as pietro scrunched his nose and clutched his fist. "He was really cool and helped me with the grocerys." I said leaving out the part where he murdered someone. "After that we went to eat and I came back, only to find a stupid bitch at the counter who said I wasn't allowed in and that Tony PERSONALLY said I couldn't come in." I said rolling my eyes at the thought. "For some reason I believed it. Then I stayed the night at wades." I said finishing up the story.  "You know Tony would never say that right?" Pietro said. "Yeah yeah I know, I was just upset I guess." I said while fidgeting with my hands.

Pietro grabbed my hands and looked at me. "Its okay y/n, just- I think you worried everyone," he said trying to lighten the mood. I smiled, I then threw him into a hug. "Thanks pietro."

Stupid worthless kid.

The voices kept getting louder yet I shook them off and stayed in the hug that I never wanted to leave. "You okay?" He asked as he broke from the hug. "Mhm." I mumbled smiling. "Well im gonna go explain everything-" he began. "Dont leave please, I don't want to be alone right now." I said while tightening my grasp on his wrist. "Okay." He said smiling as he jumped onto the bed and cuddled underneath the blankets with me.
