chapter 16 ~ I'll do it.

Steve's pov

"Seriously simbas kind of annoying!" Clint said while spinning around a drumstick. "I agree simbas kinda childish and clingy!!" Tony said while sipping a bit from his drink. "hey shut up powerless billionaire!" Wanda yelled. "I know I know I'm awesome!" Tony said with sass. Wanda rolled her eyes in annoyance. Suddenly I felt a small drop of liquid fall on my head.

(If y'all couldnt notice this is the Avengers point of view from the talk and stuf! That's why they said powerless clingy ect:3)

"What the hell?!" I screamed. "Language cap!" Stark said while pointing his drink at me. I got into a quiet voice. "someones in the vents." I whispered. "Maybe its y/n?." Pietro said slowly. "Jarvis pull up cams from y/ns room." Tony whispered. A huge technical screen popped up in front of us. "Loading sir." Jarvis said attempting to whisper. We layed their impatiently and then saw y/n curled up against her pillow, her y/h/c hair covering her face. "Put away the screen please Jarvis."

"Yes of course sir." Jarvis responded while pulling away the screen. "Someone's in the tower." Tony whispered. "Lets all split up, and someone go in y/ns room to make sure she doesn't get hurt." I suggested. "I'll watch over her." Bucky said while crossing his arms.

Y/ns pov

"Shit they probably think there's a intruder.." I said while quickly getting up. I quickly dialed a number.

Bold - y/n.       Italic - hydra assistant

This is y/n l/n. I'm accepting the offer.

Ah y/n, I've been told about you. I'll let boss know about your response.  Is there anything else you need.

I'm accepting the offer IF.

If?

I get to be second in command. I'm tired of being YOUR puppet.

Great! Now send someone over.

Send someone over, tell them to go through the back gate and tell them to stand in the open on the common floor.

"Being in charge isn't to bad." I said smirking. "Oh Jarvis, give floor access to anyone who comes in using the back gate in the next 5 minutes, and don't tell anyone."  I said strictly. "But miss-"  I sighed. "Just do it jarvis." "Yes miss y/n." Then the door opened. "Who is it?" I asked. "Its bucky doll." I sighed and faked a huge smile. I ran and quickly hugged him. "Bucky!" He wrapped his hands around my waist. "I'm here to watch you." He said, his breath tingling against my ear. "Seriously watch me? From what?" I asked. "Oh we think some person broke in." I broke the hug, I gave a frown. "What! Shouldn't you be helping?" He smiled, "your more important!" He kissed my forehead.

Your only important because there's a chance you can grow powers. Again they don't care about you. I mean did you hear what they said?

"Oh-" I began, suddenly his phone started ringing cutting my off. "I'll be back doll." He ran to my bathroom and closed the door. I yawned and layed down on my bed, I quickly turned on the TV and began watching Dune. Ten minutes later bucky came back out.

"They caught the intruder." He said. "Damn. What do you think they wanted?" I asked. "Dont know. They're asking him right now." I nodded, "Seriously hydras been getting on my nerves." I said while closing my eyes.

You damn idiot they never told you hydra broke in.

I slightly opened my eyes. "How did you-" he began. "Lucky guess!" I said standing up quickly. "Is it hydra?" I asked slowly getting closer to him. "Yes but-" he said. "No buts! I guessed hydra and that was it. It really wasn't that hard i mean they literally are your greatest enemy." He sighed. "Y/n I ment.. how do you know about hydra." My eyes widened. "Uhm. I-"

Idiot. Just say you found him the files. Can't hurt that much right?

"Oh! I found hydra files in Tony's room.. I'm sorry I know I shouldn't have gone there I was just curious and-"  "shh. Its fine doll." He hugged me tight. I took the hug a smirked behind him. Then suddenly...
