Rise of the Titans (10) (Alternate version)

I've decided to write another version where in the new timeline, y/n and Douxie aren't in a relationship.

The content will be the exact same as the original but with a different twist as mentioned above:))

In the morning, Jim's alarm clock goes off at 8am as Jim removes the magazine out of his face. He gasps and laughs as y/n walked in.

"Good morning! I made breakfast!" Y/n chirped. Jim sat up in bed and turned off his alarm, exclaiming, "I-it worked. It worked!"

"What worked?" Y/n asked as Jim ran up to his sister to hug her.

"Oh! Heh, you were never this excited in the morning for school, what's going on?" Y/n asked as she hugged Jim back.

"Nothing. Just love to see my favourite sister in the morning!" Jim replied, running out of his room and rushing to the garage. As the garage door opened, the footpath was empty and the garbage bin was being knocked over, trash spilling out onto the driveway of the garage.

"Tobes was here when the raccoons knocked the trash over. Where is he?" Jim muttered, looking around. He took out his phone to check the time as he muttered, "Come on, Tobes." Y/n managed to find Jim as she asked, "Jim? You're not yourself today, what's going on?" Jim sighed as he picked up the trash that spilled onto the driveway.

"Morning Jimbo." Toby greeted, ringing the bell on his bike. "Morning y/n!" He greeted.

"Hey, Toby! What's up?" Y/n greeted back. Jim turned around and muttered, "Toby," before running up to him and embracing him, causing the two to fall over.

"Woah. You see Toby every day, what happened today?" Y/n asked.

"You seem really happy to see me. Are you doing okay Jim?" Toby asked.

"It sure feels good to back." Jim sighed.

"Um... okay." Toby shrugs. "Does, uh, this mean you didn't make any meat loaf for lunch, then?" He asked.

"Don't worry, I got that covered." Y/n replied, holding out three lunches for herself, Jim and Toby. Both boys stood up as y/n got her bike out and passed one paper bag to Toby.

"Wow, thanks y/n. Just like how I wanted it." Toby thanked.

"Come on, we're going to be late for school." Y/n insisted.

"Hey y/n, are you free after school today?" Jennifer asked. Y/n was currently at her locker unpacking her things when she was approached by her group of friends.

"Uh, yeah. What's up?" Y/n asked.

"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to go for lunch with us. Jen found this bistro near school with food that sound appetizing and we were wondering if you're keen in joining us." Olivia explained.

"Sure, me and Mer will wait at the entrance of school since we're both in the same class during last period." Y/n agreed.

"Great! Let's get to Ms Janeth's class now." Olivia dragged y/n away from her locker.

"Ugh, math again." Y/n groaned as her other friends chuckled.

"Are you climbing the rope?" Coach Lawrence asked during gym class as Toby attempts to climb up the rope.

"Hang on." Toby strains

"Get away from it. Don't hug it. Do you love the rope?" Coach Lawrence asks.

"Come on, Tobes!" Jim cheered for his best friend. He then notices Claire and her friends chuckling as he confidently went up to her, asking, "So, uh, the school play, I hear they're looking for people."
