"I'm sorry, what?" snapped Agent Colt, Agent Kelly hurridly rushed over to my handcuffs with the keys dangling in her hands. "Kelly, I swear," started Agent Colt, "if you dare so take another step towards that man, I will report you as a rogue agent." Kelly froze on the spot, with a mixture of fear and shock overtaking her face. Her emotion was quickly replaced with anger.

She flipped around, "Excuse me?" she said, her voice growing poisoness, "I would like to point out that I'm not a rogue agent, and you know that perfectly well. And second, we need to agree to his terms." she said, emphizing on the word need.

"Why, Kelly? Why do we need to agree to his terms?" asked Agent Colt, casually.

"Because," her voice was lowering down to a more pleading and gentle sound. "we need to do this, because it's the smart thing to do. He knows exactly what he's doing, and if we don't take part in this deal, then Lord knows what he'll do."

Me and Colt both dropped our jaws. I totally thought that she was just going to say no and then I'd find a way to weasel my way out; but that's not how it's turning out. Women. Colt snapped his mouth shut and sighed.

"I'm going to have to talk it over with the general, okay?" he said, concluding the conversation, and left the room. Agent Kelly did a quick nod and then proceeded to walk over to me. I felt the key press into my handcuffs and the sudden relif of when the handcuffs clattered to the ground. I turned around to her glaring at me, I plastered a fake smile.

"Thanks." I managed out.

"For what?" she sneered, "doing my job?"

She saw right through me, didn't she? I opened my mouth and waited for words to come out. Come on, I thought, speak, you have to be the smarter one here.

"Fine," I snapped, "didn't need your help anyway."

She held up the handcuffs to my face, "You want 'em back on?"

"No." I said, trying to hide my face from her in the process.

She smiled victoriously, "That's what I thought." I rolled my eyes and stretched my arms out in front of me. A yawn emerged from my mouth, causing my ears to pop. Suddenly, my stomach let out a huge, grumbling complaint. She snapped her head in my direction and groaned, "Please don't tell me I have to go out and get you food." Hm, my mind thought, let's make her life miserable. I mentally smiled, driving late at night is the worst type of torture. I sucked in a breath through my teeth, and pretended to feel bad for her.

"I'm so sorry, " I said, my voice coming out sarcastic, "but, yes, you have to go out and get me food." she glared at me for about a minute before turning to the door.

"I hate you." she murrmered, walking away. I smiled, sucess!

"Don't be mad," I said, faking my concern, "please don't hate me."

"Colt?" she yelled out, there was no sound other than her echo down the hall. "Colt? Hey, Colt where are-oh, there you are." her voice was distant from where I was. I leaned closer to listen to the conversation. Eavsdropping, is there a better way to pass time?

"-you want me to do what?" Colt asked flatly.

"Look, just watch him for, maybe, thirty minutes tops?" she anwsered back.

"You want me on babysitting duty for thirty minutes? No, that's asking for too much." he refused. Wait, did he just say...babysit?

She sighed, "Cannot believe I'm doing this." there was a long pause, so I peeked out the door and watched. She was getting him some cash, "Will thirty do?" she asked bitterly, holding the money out to him. He glanced at the money then back at her.

"Sorry, but..." he trialed off, "watching a brat for thirty bucks ain't gonna cut it." I gasped quietly, did he just call me a brat? These people are mean.

She sighed impatiently, she pulled out another bill, "How about this?"

He took the money and grinned, "This will do nicely."

She smiled, "Great, " she began walking back in my direction, "try to make sure he doesn't kill anyone."

"Ha ha, that's hilarious." Colt said, sarcastically. I glared, yeah, yeah, laugh it up.

I rushed back to the chair and sat down in it and stared up at the ceiling. I heard footsteps come into the room and stop.

"What're you doing?" she asked, suspiciously.

"Nothing." I casually said, my eyes still on the burning white ceiling.

"Just looking at the ceiling?" she questioned.

"Just looking at the ceiling," I confirmed, "you should try it sometime, it's quite interesting."

"Um, I'm good," she said quickly, "hey, Colt's watching you while I'm out getting you food. Just don't touch anything."

"Deal, deal," I said, waving her off, "please hurry, I'm getting hungier by the minute."

"Don't be like that, it could be a lot worse."

"Yeah, I could be captured by the CIA, starving, and being babysat by a robot agent. Oh, wait." I said, gasping at the end. "And staring at a ceiling." I added.

There was maybe a five second pause before speaking again, "Well, I guess that's my cue to leave." just when she said that, I looked down from the ceiling. And Colt walked in.

Agent Kelly left the room, with just me and Colt. Talk about ackward. Agent Colt broke the silence, "So, are you going to be a good little boy, or will it take a couple of punches to get it through your skull?" He ended his question by popping his knuckles.

"No, I think I'm fine, I'm good."

Agent Colt smiles, "Good."

Oh no, my mind chanted, this will be the worst night of his life. I smiled, this will be fun.
