"Tubb's gonna be okay, though, right?" Cassie asked Jenny after we gather at the agency office. "I hope so. He was still out of it when I left." Jenny said. "Ah, he'll be fine. It's not the first time he's been shot." Denise said as I hand her casserole dish back. "Thank you." She said and I nod. "No, thank you. That casserole was delicious." I said as Jenny looks down with a sigh.

"Something else bothering you?" Cassie asked her, concerned. "There was a weird guy in Tubb's room." Jenny replied. "Weird how?" I asked her. "He said he was a nurse, but he wasn't." Jenny replied. "You think he could have been connected to the cartel?" Cassie asked her.

"I-I put a guard on his room, just in case." Jenny said. "Smart. Okay, let's focus on the current problem. Where's Richard?" I asked. "No, I still cannot believe that he would ever shoot a cop. That is not the guy that I thought I knew." Denise said. "Well, grief affects us in ways we can't predict. Richard thinks the police failed him. So, we've gotta find him before he hurts anybody else." Cassie said.

"Or before one of our deputies tries to get payback." Jenny said, gesturing between me and her. "Okay, so, first goes to Mason's friend, then Dietrich, then Tubb. He's clearly on a mission." Cassie said and Jenny nods as I place my finger on my chin. "Sooner or later he's gonna show up on the Bhullars' doorstep." I said. "He could be there right now." Cassie said and Jenny smiles. "Only one way to find out." She said.

Later, we pull up to the cabin and Jenny looks at one of the vehicles. "Travis's truck." She points out as we walk up to the cabin, but nobody was coming to the door. "We didn't exactly creep in here." Cassie said. "Where's the welcome wagon?" I asked, sarcastically, as we cautiously walk up to the porch, our guns drawn.

"Look." Cassie said as she nods at the front door, which was left ajar. "I don't like this." Jenny said as we get up to the door and Jenny and I go lean against one side of the door while Cassie leaned up against the other side.

"This count for probable cause?" I asked Jenny. "Guess we'll find out." She said and we make our way inside to see some furniture had been knocked over but no sign of Ren, her family, Travis or even Richard.

"Clear." Jenny calls out as we look around. "Police! Anybody here?!" I called out. "Up here!" Ren's voice calls out from upstairs and we head up there to see her and Travis were tied up together in chairs in one of the upstairs rooms.

"What happened?" Cassie asked her as we lowered our guns. "Some guy came in here with a gun. The kind of criminals you should be focused on." Ren sneered. "Yeah, we know who he is." Jenny said, rolling her eyes. "Oh, great. Well, he clocked Stone and he handcuffed us." Ren said as Jenny goes over to check on Travis.

"You okay?" She asked and Ren gives her an exasperated look. "Hello. This guy has my father and my brother." She exclaims. "Where'd he take them?" I asked her. "To get ice cream. How am I supposed to know?" Ren said, annoyed. "I think I know where." Cassie said and we look over at her then follow her out.

"Let's go." Jenny said. "Wait! Aren't you gonna let us go?" Ren asked us, upset. "I prefer you with your hands tied. Every time I take my eyes off you, another body drops." Jenny said, giving a triumphant smirk and we leave the cabin.

"Tell me why I'm trying to stop this. The Bhullars are monsters. Richard would be doing me, doing the entire town, a favor." Jenny said as she drives her jeep, Cassie in the passenger seat and I in the backseat. "That's not who you are. That's not who I am." Cassie said, shaking her head.

"It's not who I am either and I want no part in thinking that way. We stop all of this, no matter what." I said. "She's right." Cassie said. "The Bhullars need to go down." Jenny mutters, softly. "Maybe you and Travis can figure out how." Cassie suggests and Jenny chuckles. "I'm not so sure we're on the same team anymore." She replied.
