TODAY was finally the day priscilla would start production. to say amalie was nervous was an understatement. she would be portraying a living icon, an icon that has been through so much. she needed to do her best in order to give justice to priscilla.
she had spent quite a bit of time with priscilla herself. and she adores the woman very much. knowing that priscilla would see the movie by the end of it, made her even more nervous. she had to do it right. she had to give this role her all.
her thoughts were interrupted with a knock on her trailer door. she opened the door, revealing jacob in his elvis costume.
"jacob! hey! you look great!" amalie says before giving him a hug. "i can say the same for you! wow!" jacob replies with enthusiasm. "it's really starting to feel real now." amalie says. "it is indeed."
their conversation was cut short by one of the assistants telling them to get on set. "well! let's do this!" amalie says excitedly.
the two head to set arms around eachother.
FAST FORWARD.
the day was over with amalie and jacob doing their last scene for the day.
"that was amazing you two! i'll see everyone again tomorrow at 7am! thank you!" sofia exclaims before heading over to where jacob and amalie were. "wow you guys that was incredible. you two have amazing chemistry! i'm really excited to continue to work with you two." sofia says to the both of them.
"that means so much sof! thank you!" amalie responds. "this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for you sofia!" jacob adds. "thank you guys! well i won't keep you here any longer! you need your rest." sofia tells them. "yup! i'll see you tomorrow sof!" "bye sofia thank you!"
jacob and amalie head back to their own respective trailers, but not without the two promising to hangout back at the hotel.
amalie got into her car before heading to the hotel. she and jacob would be kissing for the first time tomorrow, and she didn't know how to feel about it. on one hand she's kind of excited but on the other, she's terrified. this could lead into something she isn't sure she wants.
jacob didn't seem like the type of guy who wanted to settle down and be in a serious relationship anytime soon. why would he? his career was on the rise. he didn't need that right now. but then again she shouldn't be judging him like this when she doesn't even know him that well to be saying all that.
she still has not forgotten the promise she made herself before filming. she thinks she could do it. keyword, thinks.
she arrived at the hotel the same time jacob did. "millie! over here!" he says waving her over near the elevators where he was. "hi again." amalie responds with a small smile on her face.
the elevator doors open, jacob lets amalie enter first and he follows suit. "so where should hang out? my room or yours?" jacob asks. "i got a lot of snacks in my room?" "your room it is!"
amalie leads jacob into her room which is just across from his. "welcome to my humble hotel room!" amalie jokes. "a very nice hotel room you have here miss moon." jacob rides along. "why thank you mr elordi!"
they start digging into amalies snacks, in a comfortable silence.
