My car sat in my drive way. I hadn't left yet to go into my house and gloat to my dad. Instead, I sat in the car and worried. Why hadn't they asked me a single question?

I shook it off and hopped out of my car. What was I worried about? I had a job! Even better- I can rub it in my dad's face!

I ran up to the door and swung it open. The warm light from inside shined out onto the dark outside only lit by the moon.

"Hey, DAD! GUESS WHAT?!" I yell, slamming the door behind me.

I find my father in the kitchen just down the hall from the front door.

"I got a JOB! Now you can stop BITCHING!" I yell at him.

He can do nothing but just glare at me.

"Finally my daughter does something with her life.. Where do you work?" He asks meanly.

"I'm working the night shift as a security guard at some child pizzeria."

"Chuck E. Cheese's?" He asks. I shake my head.

"Freddy Fazbear's." I correct him. "I start tomorrow night. Gotta go around 11 so I can get my uniform... Shift starts at 12."

He leans forward like he didn't hear me correctly. "12 o'clock a.m.?"

"Yes. To 6 a.m." I confirm.

He looks worried for a second but soon brushed it off. I smiled, got a bowl of cereal and sat on the couch, where I watched my favorite show.
