Freddy and the others watched in terror as I limped towards them.
"I... I just figured something out.." I stutter, holding up my hand and showing them the blue light coming from my body.
Their jaws dropped, and Foxy ran up to me.
"Do you know what this means?!" He asked, "this means you're equally as strong- if not stronger than the Purple Guy!" Foxy grabbed me by the arms and shook me in excitement.
"Yes!" I cheer, but stop when I see Foxy's face drop.
I stare at him until he tells me.
"Well... From what I know... When you end this all... That means that you'll go down with us. You won't be able to be the way you are now anymore. You won't exist anymore..." He said, holding my hand in his.
"What about you guys? You guys would be okay with that?" I ask, turning towards the rest of them.
Freddy exchanges looks with Chica and Bonnie.
"We've all been here for such a long time... We'd take any escape we can from this hell." Freddy speaks, holding hands with Bonnie and Chica.
"Then I'm okay with it, too." I say, feeling my throat get caught up.
In reality, I was scared. Terrified. I wasn't ready to be gone forever. I was only 18. Didn't get to experience so many things. True love, a family of my own, I didn't get to live.
My facial expression must've given away my thoughts, because Freddy hugged me.
"You don't have to do this. We can be here forever or until you're ready." Freddy pulled away and smiled that sad smile of his.
"No. " I smile, running my hand down his cheek. "It's okay."
I stepped away from the embrace and I turned towards everyone else.
"I'm... Going to say goodbye to my family, and Mike..." I say, scratching my arm awkwardly.
"You know... They won't see you." Foxy said, placing a hand on my shoulder.
"I know..." I whisper to myself before turning around and walking into the party area.
I didn't even know what would happen if I walked out. I couldn't just disappear... How could I say goodbye?
I collapsed to my knees in anguish. I thought about home. I saw my warm blankets hugging my body, I saw the shaggy pink rug in my room, I saw the crappy ancient television on my old desk. I missed it.
When I opened my eyes, I was in my room. I yelped and I looked around. It definitely my room.
I walked up to my desk and picked up a framed photo of my mother, father, and I. It was the day I got my braces removed, and we had gone out to eat. I ordered the stickiest, hardest foods just because I could actually eat them. I also ended up getting 6 cavities, too.
I looked at my bed, which was made up nice and neat, and my old teddy bear sat in front of the pillows.
On the foot of the bed laid a pile of mail for me. I shuffled through them, sitting on the cold sheet.
There was some of everything in here. Trash, letters, college, notices, etc. they just threw everything in a pile and let it build up on my bed.
