"I'll find a way to help them... To either keep them physically HERE or..." My voice trails off. "Gone forever."
"(Y/N)..." Freddy's voice radiates from the door way.
I open the door and stare. He was transparent, and looked more like a ghost than anything. My chest ached.
"Freddy..." I quickly reach out to him with my hand to give him my energy.
I pressed my hand against his chest, and immediately he began looking more human... More solid.
"Listen, I don't know what Foxy told you... But don't listen to him. He's wrong. He's been trying to tell us all this absolute junk. Saying we are dead.... " He seemed genuinely confused.
"I... Don't know... I feel like Foxy knows what he is saying..." I say gently.
I let go for the sake that if I didn't I'd probably faint again.
"It's lies. If we were dead, we wouldn't be here." Freddy looked down at himself. "I'm about as real as you, (Y/N)."
I look down at myself then at him, my eyebrows giving away my emotion. Sad.
"Freddy... Please." I close my eyes in hope that he will realize the truth.
Before I could say anything else, he hugs me tight. I feel myself getting weaker and weaker as I bury my face into his chest.
When I look up to try to see his face- the only thing I could see was the nape of his neck. He was much taller than me, it seems like they all were.
"Freddy, I- I..." I try to say more, but my vision fades out, and I go limp in his arms.
Foxy POV
I cried behind my curtain for a few moment after that happened... But it didn't seem right to leave her like that, it was rude.
I walk back to the office, stopping and sadly watching as Bonnie struggled to get back up onto the stage, and Chica stood in the doorway.
I was at the door when I looked in. I growled at what I saw...
(Y/N)'s limp body in Freddy's arms.... What had he done? Had he not listened to me?!
He looks up at me obliviously. Are.. You... Kidding?!
I run up to him and snatch her from his arms, quickly placing her onto the floor.
"HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN HOLDING HER?" I yell.
Freddy stands and puts his hands on his hips.
"Why does it matter?" He couldn't have asked more calmly...
"SHE COULD BE DEAD!" I scream. " I TOLD YOU WHAT WE ARE!"
"WE ARE NOT DEAD! We do NOT kill people- We are NOT the animatronics! WE. ARENT. DEAD!" Tears fill his eyes.
"Then leave..." I said, tears filling my eyes as well.
Freddy looks at me determinedly, and steps out of the room. I follow him to the entrance.
Once we are there, I cross my arms and just stare at him, waiting for him to leave. He stares, and looks back at me for a second.
He looks back at the door, and pressed his hand on it, pushing it open.
He looks at me once again, bet holds the eye contact as he steps outside.
That second... He disappeared... He just evaporated. Like water would. It's like he turned into steam and blew into nothing. Like blowing dust out of your hand.
Tears fill my eyes.
"Freddy?" I say quietly.
"Freddy, come on..." I hear my voice crack.
I press my hands against my face and growl. Why does this happen to us?! He's gone because of my ignorance... I should have known that'd happen.... He's gone...
Your POV
I woke up and look at the clock. An hour and a half before my shift was over.
I was woken up from Foxy's groaning, and I was afraid. I had followed the noise, keeping an eye out for Bonnie and Chica.
I found foxy slouched over by the entrance, gripping the handle in his hand. I didn't like the idea of him walking out- so I ran to him, grabbing his hands.
He realized it was me, and pulled his hands away.
To be honest, I think I was becoming more immune to the energy thing.
"Foxy. What's wrong? Do you need energy?" I ask in a hurried voice.
"He's gone... I killed him..." He whispered. My eyes widen and I begin to back up. I wasn't sure who he was talking about but I didn't like the idea of being around a murderer. Ironic.
"W-who...?" I stutter.
"Freddy... He walked outside... I let him." He gasped in like he was trying to hold in tears. "He's gone now... He disappeared."
"Oh... My god...." Tears fill my eyes.
He suddenly spins around towards me, grabbing me by the shoulders. So much for him not wanting to hurt me.
"I have to get him back, (Y/N)! I NEED YOUR HELP!" He shakes me violently.
"W-w-woah!" I screech a bit.
He lets go and turns around, rubbing his face. "... But I don't know how you can help me..."
I hear dings begin to sound through the building. My shift was over. I grab Foxy into a hug.
"Don't worry. I'll come back tomorrow night. By then we will fix it... Okay?" I whisper into his ear.
He pulls away and nods sadly.
I grab my things as they go to their places, Freddy's animatronic unlit and shut down. I stare at it in worry, but I have to tear my eyes away and force myself to walk out. It sucks that I only have so much time...
