At first, my brain wasn't sure what to think of it, until I remembered my headcanons, and no, for several reasons. They bicker and fight a lot, Darrly actively loves doing things that he knows Nani doesn't like, Nani acts like she only tolerates Darryl, etc.
So, yeah, no, they barely act like friends.
